Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it to brainstorm across product teams, this is esp important because we are all remote. It's also useful for designing products and sharing ideas where people can put comments It helps us share important information. We are able to use Miro with individual contributors all the up to Senior VPs
Pros
- brainstorming
- allows for everyone across time zones share in one location
- you can add photos, create wireframes, add text, etc.
Cons
- it keeps timing out, not sure why this is happening
- there should be improvements on the managing of projects
- better search cababiliites
- better export options
- reduced project time because it allowed us for sharing ideas and moving forward
- it's easy to use allowing everyone in the company to come up to speed quickly to use
- helps us brainstorm ideas to build better products
We don't use white boarding that much, but I think we could, maybe you could highlight this feature more. Now that I think about it, I am not sure why. I guess stickies go a long way, but to have both, whiteboarding and stickies might be interesting. Could help us draw concept designs

Evaluating Miro and Competitors
- Cloud Solutions
- Ease of Use
not sure I would, as I a mentioned beging able to have team meetings, concept brainstorming meetings with multi desciplanary individuals is critical. The fact that Miro is so intuitive to use goes a long way. The only thing I might consider is pricing - of course - everyone is looking for deals.
Miro Implementation
- do not know
500 - the include almost all departments, engineering, UX team, Research, marketing, customer support, I honeslty can't think of anyone who does not use Miro, maybe the financial team and Human Resources does not use it, but because we work alot with mult-desciplanary teams Miro is introduced to many people throughout the company
100 - UX research, design, product team individuals
Miro Training
- No Training
yes is was easy to learn and intuitive. In some areas it was hit and miss but trying was ok because it was easy to redo if needed
Configuring Miro
No - there is no facility to customize the interface
No - the product does not support adding custom code
none that I can think of
Miro Support
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
None | None |
No I did not purchase premium support and did not know it was an option, but would like to learn how much this would cost and the terms of engagement. Sometimes I need help with a single issue and in that case getting the answer once but a TIMELY repsonse would be all I needed.
Using Miro
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
Like to use Relatively simple Easy to use Technical support not required Quick to learn Convenient Feel confident using | Not well integrated Lots to learn |
- stickies
- the amount of space to create lots of things
- sharing with people
- finding how to insert check boxes
- timers
- breaking into teams/groups
