Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in workshops, planning, analysis processes. Anything that requires collaboration or planning. I also use Miro for my to-do lists, moodboards, keeping track of the projects and navigating in what should be done. It's also a great tool in the pre-design, when there are many changing elements before we move the the final design files.
  • Enabling on-site and remote collaboration
  • Allowing workshop facilitation (incl. keeping track of time and "ownership" of the insights)
  • Helping with planning and structuring work through useful templates
  • Different shapes and more control over them (a free shape tool would be great!)
  • More sticky notes options
  • Improved clustering feature
  • Improved productivity (pleasure from using it)
  • Quicker and easier collaboration (saving time)
  • Quicker processes (again, time and cost saving)
Yes, in almost all projects we use Miro to keep information and collaborate in many different ways (from gathering insights, planning, brainstorming). It's also really great that it's so easy to find things on the whiteboard and that one can search for a word used. It's also often appreciated by our clients since it's very intuitive and it doesn't take long to learn the basic features.
I think Miro is more collaborative and easier to use than other platforms. It is also more user-friendly in my opinion.

I think Miro is a great tool for in-house collaboration, by starting a board or a folder at the beginning of the project and building it throughout the project's live span, Miro makes it easier to track particular steps that were taken, sources, give comment on other's work and discuss feedback. I also really appreciate how intuitive and simple it is to use. I recommend using Miro to all of my colleagues on a regular basis. One of my favourite features is that now our company identity (font and brand colors) are embedded, so all the materials, even drafts and work-in-progress looks consistent and very representative.
