Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for our daily stand up meeting. It is easy for everyone to contribute and easily visualizes what everyone is working on. We have users of all different technical acumen and all the users have been able to pick up the functionality of Miro very quickly. It is a very easy to use platform and we have added additional functionality over the years. e have added functionality to it and is is very adaptable to how our business evolves.

It is very easy to use and to pick up. We have some individuals on our team who are not very strong with technology and they were able to pick up and use Miro quite easily. The functions are all very intuitive and it is labeled very well. The buttons and icons are easily recognizable as well so most users should face no issues with it.
Miro is a very creative and collaborative tool. How we utilize Miro is that each team member is responsible for updating their actions and activities on a daily basis. Since it is a web based application, users can update their activity in real time and those milestones are reflected with the rest of the users.

One of my favorite things about Miro is that I can be a user and see the activity updating in real time with their cursors and name of the user attached to it. I like being able to see how every updates Miro!
Miro has cut down the use on other tools an applications. We can streamline our collaboration to just Miro instead of using multiple tools. For example, previously we not only used other web applications or tools, but we also used to use a physical whiteboard. This has been eliminated with the use of Miro and since it is web based, everyone on our team has access to it at all times.
Very easy to implement. The tool can be used and configured in countless ways. We currently use it as an online collaborative whiteboard. We set up our instance of Miro similar to how we used in office Whiteboards. We could easily set it up and configure it to exactly our liking. It took just under an hour to set up and we were up and running in using it by the next day.
As stated earlier, the implementation was seamless. We have not integrated Miro with any other tools or software but use it as a stand alone tool for our daily status meetings. I am not sure how or what other software that we would integrate it with. However from a business perspective, it integrated to our business process flawlessly.
Miro was implemented due to remote workers. We are using it as a virtual whiteboard that can be seen (and updated) by all team members even though we are spread out across 4 different states. This is the perfect tool for online collaboration and to replace tools/processes that were done in the office when all teams were in one location.
We tried to use Microsoft Powerpoint as a similar tool with free flowing design elements but found it to be too restrictive and could not be configured to exactly what we wanted. We also tried other Microsoft products (Word, Excel) for similar uses and found it too restrictive and not exactly how we needed (or wanted) it to work.

It is very well suited for business process mapping, daily status meetings and is an easy to use visual representation. Most (if not all) businesses can (and should) use Miro as part of their status meetings. I have not faced a situation where it would not be appropriate. It can also be used for project planning and adding milestones while having a list or chart of who is responsible for what actions. I could also see that it would be suitable for card sorting and User Experience functions.

It is part of our daily process. It is used for core functionalities of our day and without Miro, we would need to use multiple other tools and it may not be as effective as just continuing the use of Miro. We would struggle to find a tool that can capture everything that Miro does.

As I have mentioned before, the ease of use is one of the main factors. The fact that it is Cloud Enabled and a web application that anyone on our team (with the correct permissions) has access to and can use. it. Also the integration with our other tools and systems made it very easy to be the tool selected.
