Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com to define our sprint by placing all demands and I monitor the problems with daily meetings. We use the tool to organize our workflow for both new projects and incidents. We currently work with hosting websites, building web applications and other applications that can be available both on desktop and mobile.
Pros

Cons
- We do not find where we can put documentation of procedures
- In the text editor, include an icon to include programming code so that it is highlighted.
- Link the code of a certain card to some knowledge base that would be fed by the team.
- Be able to measure the execution time of activity according to the client's agreement.
- With kanban we can have an overview of all issues in the sprint by status
- We were able to tag people from departments and they can quickly receive the task update notification.
monday.com helped us to organize our daily issues and helps to keep track of all stages of the project or incident.
