Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Our organization uses Paycom to address a variety of human resources business needs such as timesheet management; clocking hours; PTO; benefits; required training; employee policies; onboarding; payroll-related items, such as hourly rates, pay stubs, tax information; and there is a mobile application that makes life a little easier on-the-go. There is a management portal that makes time and labor management simple.

- Clearing notifications. Every year I do my benefits enrollment on time and submit them. They are active; however, I cannot clear the notification for benefit enrollment in Paycom. It has been this way for a few years. Each year has a new notification for the new year and the old notification finally disappears, but I cannot get rid of the current year notification. This could be caused by an end-user error.
- Web timesheet says "read only" but this is where you go to actually submit your time. This may be something HR can customize.
- It would be nice to see paid holidays when requesting PTO. My employer may just need to add it to a calendar or document in Paycom.
