Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom for our company and recently switched over from another payroll company. We had an excellent experience with the implementation team. They were very attentive and responsive. They were there whenever we had questions or concerns. Now we have a rep assigned who is not as responsive when it comes to clarification or issues we have within Paycom. This would be the only issue I would say we have had so far with Paycom. We wish our now assigned rep was more responsive.

  • It has saved the HR team a lot of time when it comes to Payroll.
  • It has made it manageable to all staff to be able to update their information in there.
We have used Paycheck and ADP products before. Paycom by far has been the one that is easier to use.

Paycom is great when it comes with to allowing staff to have access to all of their personal information and documents all in one place. It it easy to navigate from the staff's perspective as well as admin perspective. They can work on their responsiveness when it comes to follow up. This is an issue we just started having since we have been assigned to our long term care rep.
