Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom as a platform is very intuitive to use. This ease of use equates to a better learning curve for the product. The employees are digitally handheld through the process, allowing our management team more time to focus on operations, finances, and development. Our focus was on reporting, talent acquisition and management, and Staff engagement. Our staff needed to take more ownership in their own payroll process and responsibility for time management. Paycom offered a solution to all of this and more for an annual cost savings in excess of $25,000 vs. the past process. Excellent for training and value!

- The training is semi-intuitive, however, if you do not complete the same transaction weekly or monthly it is forgotten and requires relearning or additional training.
