We eliminated a separate background system as well as a timeclock system. All of our PTO is in one place.
I am new to Paycom so I would say implementation.
Yes. Managers have better access to their employee's records.

Using Paycom

300 - Managers and employees. Employees manage their own time and personal information. Managers can complete reviews, approve PTO, view employee information and create Personnel Action Forms.
4 - Four employees in Human Resource/Payroll. One person manages onboarding and payroll related items. Another employee run background checks. Managers submit requisitions for new hires.
