Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I am responsible for managing human resources including the payroll process. I use Paycom on a daily basis to perform my job more efficiently so that I can focus on more value-added aspects of human resources.
  • The payroll process is user-friendly.
  • The employee self-service portal using the app or computer engages employees.
  • The implementation was very structured and went well.
  • Customer service has been exceptional.
  • Billing isn't easy to understand and I have had some issues.
  • Saved time on payroll processing.
  • Saved time on manual data entry by HR Manager by putting this in the hands of employees.
  • More accurate payrolls.
We selected Paycom because of the user-friendly features for HR staff and all employees. It has been easy to implement, learn, and utilize. We also are saving significant money by switching to Paycom.

We are a small company and Paycom has been an improvement to our previous system. If you want a system that is user-friendly for HR and Payroll, I definitely recommend Paycom.

By switching to Paycom, we have eliminated significant manual processes when it comes to weekly and monthly reporting, attendance tracking, the new hire process, and payroll process.
The implementation team was great and very thorough. They were always quick to respond to questions we had.
Paycom allows all employees to manage their own HR information and processes. This is one of the reasons we chose Paycom.

Using Paycom

77 - All employees from manufacturing associates to management use Paycom.
2 - The HR Manager and CFO have the capability to help other employees.

Evaluating Paycom and Competitors

Yes - We had iSolved from Insperity. The functionality of that system wasn't good and the cost was higher.

Using Paycom

From an HR and payroll standpoint, it is much easier to use than other systems I've had. There's always a learning curve, but they provide great training resources for all users.
