Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom for onboarding, Learning courses, Benefits, and Expenses. It streamlines our processes better, mitigates manual work, and houses action items all in one platform as opposed to numerous.

- Being able to export all courses in Paycom, in order to see a full list of course. names
- For address change notifications, it is unclear what action we do - it only gives me the option to delete the notification, not look over it for tax purposes, etc. Should be an option to 'ignore' or 'go to profile to changes taxes' if needed.
- COBRA - Generating COBRA should come in as a notification if we forget to do it after we submit a PAF. Extra layer of protection that COBRA does get generated.

- More user-friendly
- App works much better than previous HR/Payroll system
- Onboarding quicker and more seamlessly
- Forces employees to pay more attention to their paychecks
- Forces employees to make changes on their own profiles.
- More automatic process for Expenses, as opposed to previous manual process
- Benefits, Learning Courses, and Expenses are now in Paycom, as opposed to other platforms.
Paycom offers better customer service and account management, better overall communication, more efficient services; implementation was outstanding, the people who handled our account and implementation were always so helpful, knowledgeable, available and made us feel heard and confident in choosing Paycom. Paycom is also very well-versed in tax registration, and more efficient payroll processing.
