- We have been able to improve the employee experience, the portal is very easy for employees to us

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved over 50 hours per month. - Our previous software required two employees, one full time-one part time, to process payroll. Two years after implementing Paycor, the payroll processing is down to about 10-15 hours per week. This has helped the HR department to utilized this employee for fully in an HR role instead of just a payroll role.
We used ADP previously, evaluated UKG and Ceridian while looking for a new solution. We were looking for a new solution because we could not get support from ADP. There were a lot of problems with the program and customer service was not helping. Evaluated UKG, Ceridian and Paycor. All three programs seemed to have what we needed. Bottom line was we trusted Paycor to deliver the customer service they promised and the price was the best.

Evaluating Paycor and Competitors
Yes - We previously had ADP Workforce Now. The program was not working properly and customer service was basically ignoring our needs. Complaints were escalated but no one seemed to care.

Honestly, the single most important factor in choosing a new vendor was the Customer Service experience. We reviewed several products and did a lot of reference checking. Paycor came out on top for customer service.
I wouldn't, I feel we purchased the best product with the best features for our company.
Paycor Implementation

Yes - We started with the Payroll and HRIS System. We then did the onboarding/applicant tracking. We also implements background screening, WOTC and the learning system. The implementation team was outstanding and did a great job.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Since the program is relatively easy to use and we had a great support team, I didn't feel that the change was a big deal. All across the company, we were provided with good support material and training.

As part of our program, we have the wage garnishments function. Prior to Paycor, we had to handle these basically with no suppport. The wage garnishment team at Paycor is exceptional. All we do is send in the paperwork and everything is set up for us.

Yes - The mobile interface works very well. There are 3 apps, one for payroll admins, one for managers and one for employees. All of them are simple and easy to use.
