Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for our HRIS, Payroll processing and management, and time and attendance record keeping. It allowed us to move from spreadsheets and manually tracking hours worked for our non-exempt team to an easy-to-use electronic system. Payroll runs very fast for us with Paylocity, taking less than 20 minutes a week. And it houses a lot of our important information.

Cons
- Reporting is clunky and not always easy to understand.
- Tax filing issue galore.
- Customer service takes too long to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
- Reduced time and attendance calculations.
Made it easier to focus on the strategic work.
We don't actually use Paylocity's employee engagement tools; we use an external company for surveys.
All HRIS are clunky, some more than others. I like it better than Workday and ADP.
