Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I currently use Paylocity as a user and administrator. I am very happy with the ease of use for the everyday administration of HR, payroll, and benefits.
- Timekeeping
- Payroll Processing.
- Benefit Administration.
- Self-service.
- Some of my users have had issues with adding or changing their direct deposit. It could be made into a smooth process.
- We have had reduced errors on timekeeping and therefore a more accurate payroll.
- Reports such as turnover, etc, are easy to create and review and have helped to identify some management issues.
- We spend a lot less time reviewing and approving time off requests.
Payroll is super easy to process and manage. The performance review process has become easier with the way the system is set up. I do not have to remind managers to complete reviews very often due to the system notification. I can see everyone that is due and where managers and employees are in the process.
We have not used this.
Paylocity is similar in structure to other HRIS that I have used. The difference is the ease of use of the platform and its help feature for 'how to' lookups. It is really easy to use the system and train others.
