Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore for the operations end of our business. The project managers set up the projects and get all the plans, specs, and submittals entered in. Then they share the project with the foreman and together they go through the life of the project using it. We write all our rfis from Procore also.
- Plan viewing
- RFI's
- Providing a single platform to view all the project documents. Plans, submittals, specs, rfi's
- Would be nice to see Change Orders in the project management side
- Daily report system could be made simpler. We currently do not use it
- Cannot send a rfi with links on it to someone who does not have Procore
- have to publish each line while doing as-builts
Procore is much more powerful in the documents viewing and collaboration area while esub has a better daily report, change order log, and budget tool for less cost.
We are a sub contractor and do not collaborate with others so much
- We started this 5 months ago and are not expecting an ROI until later this year
- We are seeing a slight improvement in the office to field communication
- We are seeing the paper plans decreasing slightly
- Gain visibility into projects
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
Procore is helping our field stay up date on rfi's, plan revisions, and is getting our foreman more involved in creating rfi's.

Evaluating Procore and Competitors
- Product Features
- Product Usability
- Product Reputation
It was the best option for our company to get everyone on the same wavelength for communication, document control, and collaboration
I would do longer trials of ea. software. It takes a long time to fully implement a system in a company so the time spent upfront can pay good dividends
Procore Implementation
- Implemented in-house
Yes - We started with the project management team learning how to use it correctly, next we entered in all of our future work and current projects that were less than 1/2 way complete. Once this was entered we had a big company meeting and rolled it out to everyone. We are just now at a point that it is working across the entire company.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - Keeping everyone on the same page makes the complicated much easier
- We did not have any significant issues implementing it, the biggest issues we did have was sorting out who was going to be doing what and what was the best way to utilize Procore

Not Sure - Not sure what premium support is
Yes - It was fixed and the support team worked hard to get it fixed right before we unrolled it at our company meeting.
We found a bug in the system on the ipad app a day before our big Procore roll out meeting and we got all over our Procore contact and they worked all night and had it fixed before our meeting the next morning. I was impressed and thankful.
