Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore daily for the submission of submittals, RFIS, daily reports, punch list, observations. We just started adding in the financials to the company to make use of that because often times RFIs or submittals come back with change events associated with them. We manage construction projects from commercial-residential to hospitals and even retail spaces. Because we are stretched throughout New England it helps our company stay organized and up to date on drawings and outstanding items. We really appreciate everything that Procore has done for our company to get it into the 21st century.

- I think it is missing the end of the project owner's manual section, which would be really helpful for owners once the project is completed.
- I think it is missing a way to support the editing of documents when the contractor is uploading submittals for the subcontractor. We should be able to upload the document and edit it right there instead of having to use products like Bluebeam to complete this step.
- I think it needs a way to be able to do takeoffs. It could be an all-inclusive product right from the bidding and design development of the project.

We use Bluebeam and Sage along with Procore.
Procore has greatly impacted our staff members. We hire those who are and have been familiar with the software and trained those who are not. Our superintendents really love the way that we are able to use the software collaborally.

It's super easy to use. I feel as though that the daily logs should be allowed to be more customizable.

50 - We all have different roles. All our APMs, PMs and Account Specialists use the entire software. The Superintendents and everyone else use their part of the software.
10 - We all just work collaboratively on all issues with procore. Usually, one person knows more about one certain aspect or they collaborate together to figure out the issue.

Yes - Yes it was.
We have had issues with DocuSign and Procore syncing. Between the two software contacts, we were able to get a resolution. We did not have to be involved. Procore communicated with DocuSign and DocuSign with Procore!

Honestly, I will keep repeating myself and this quiz. There is nothing wrong with the software, we have been incredibly blown away with it's software!
Relationship with Procore Technologies
Jsut that the vendors needed to use the software because this is what we are all using industry wide now. We add them to our software and they use it frequently.
