Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

I use it for all AP, AR, Banking, taxes, payroll, etc., [and] all company financials.
  • Lousy ROI, takes more time than ever [and a] significant amount of frustration and high blood pressure.
  • Has made it harder to accept credit cards because transactions show no details of which client, and what they debit for their fees.
Time for me to switch now.

Does not offer features that Desktop has, too many software glitches and issues, lack of functionality, less usability, goes over the line for what customer can/cannot do and what their software program can/cannot do. Plus all the issues and problems mentioned previously.
It just sucks. Unless you need help with extremely basic information, plan on spending way too much time waiting on the phone, even if you get to the right person.
I've listed four specific issues where this program has made it much, much harder for my accounting processes. Wait times on the phone are ridiculously long, and more often than not, take several phone calls to resolve. Not compatible with all banks, and often duplicates deposits and/or doesn't download all transactions.

Yes - No, and I don't bother submitting any feedback and suggestions anymore, because nothing happens with them.
I can't remember when I have ever received exceptional support for Quickbooks Online...ever; mediocre at best.
