Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for HR support, payroll, benefits administration, quarterly taxes. It addresses the business problem of the aforementioned services. Previously, we used a provider that would incorrectly input insurance options for employees or fail to facilitate their 401k and other supplemental benefits. That being said, Rippling does a pretty good job of this and only makes mistakes once in a blue moon.

Rippling is far more cost-effective than Zenefits or TriNet and far easier for an administrator to navigate. TriNet is ridiculously difficult to navigate and hard to train other admins on once you finally figure it out. Zenefits messed up our benefits and dropped employees from insurance and FSA/HSA plans.
Sometimes there is a bit of a lag in a response on live chat and on email support. The tax support folks take over two weeks to get back to me at times, which I find frustrating. Other than the lag times, the support team does a really good job.

Rippling is really easy to use and learn. I would say that the CSMs are really great at their jobs as well. They aren't sales-y and try to figure out your needs to then recommend various parts of their product that may be useful for your company. They are also really great people, in my experience.
I chose Rippling for my company because I did a cost-benefit analysis of all of the other HRIS platforms out there and found that Rippling carried the most benefit for the lowest cost. I found the onboarding experience to be quick and easy and have also heard positive feedback from employees.
