Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I love using Rippling because it makes the whole HR interaction very transparent. I know easily how to ask for time off, how to manage my insurance, where I submit forms, how I get paid, etc. It's very organized, all in one place, and makes it very fast and easy for me to take care of the admin stuff so I can spend time on the client work that matters most!

  • Not sure what the "reports" feature does, but would love more "yearly review" support on the platform - not sure if it does that though, I'm only an employee!

I didn't select Rippling, my company did, but I really enjoy it as opposed to my other jobs where I felt like things I submitted disappeared into thin air or I had to mess with clunky documents
I haven't had to use support for Ripping.

I really love it, but I've had some annoying things happen with logging out and getting signed back in, but I'm not even sure if Rippling has anything to do with that. I think the processes are very intuitive/very clear what I need to do, how to do it, etc. Information is clearly laid out.
Rippling was very easy for me to request time off, sick time, etc. and see how much time is remaining. It was also very easy for me to open enroll for insurance, and later get information about my plans quickly. I also have a few tasks on deck for sexual harassment and company forms, which was also very easy. When I first started at the company, it was also very easy for me to submit forms and get onboarded. No negative experiences yet!
