Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We are moving towards having Rippling 80% manage our People Ops (not utilizing the IT or the Spend, but other than that working to fully optimize all other modules in the next 24 months). This will establish Rippling as our source of truth and create automated processes to help our lean team save time on administrative tasks.

100% better from a tech/analytics platform, benefit rates on the PEO vary. Good for companies in hyper growth and growth. Excellent automation.
Most of the time it is excellent support, the Chatbot and Info library is hit or miss
