Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct across our entire organization. Six entities and 100+ departments.
Sage gives us outstanding management reporting capabilities.

  • We'd like to be able to design finacial reports using ANY dimension. Currently, only department and location dimensions allow for stacked reporting.
  • Printing from an HTML report is terrible. In order to print a report, we need to download to Excel and use the Excel formatting tools. Cumbersome.
  • Very positive
Absolutely benefitted. Payments are processed correctly the first time.
We use several dimensions. Entity, location, dept, class, customer, vendor, employee and a few customizations. Allowing each GL to be specifically configured and controlled with smart roles and relationships keeps our books clean and limits user errors.
Haven't really integrated anything but our close management. We're working on a budget tool. But we expect to get a great benefit.
The only package we thought was close to the quality/robustness was NetSuite. Their pricing was out of step. They offered a very low year one cost, but NO guarantees regarding the future.
Best accounting package I have ever used. I'd like easier printing of reports.

Has GREATLY reduced the complexity of our financial reporting while GREATLY expanding our capabilities. We get info quickly and accurately.

Using Sage Intacct

100 - Virtullay every function in teh Building uses Intacct. Functions include requesting Checks, Approving Checks, Entering Cash Receipts and Running Management Reports.
3 - All are Accountants who are trained in the functionality of dimensions and report writing

  • We use the purchasing module to allow users to request checks. We like the approval process it allows.
  • Using Intacct in conjunction with Close Management software allows us to stay on task, reducing the closing / reportingg process
  • Users can get info quickly and easily. This has removed a strain on teh Accounting staff
  • We may be able to further automate repetitive tasks
  • We may be able to use AI to do financial analysis for us.
