Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft lets my SDR team increase the amount of dials they can make in a day, lets me review the calls, and helps us analyze what is working and what isn't. As a manager, I can see what messaging they're using and help them adjust on the fly, or even assign them new cadences, templates, and scripts.

SalesLoft is always quick to respond to requests or questions around automating things inside the platform or logging to CRM. They also rolled out the feature that lets you effectively dial, email, and social touch back to back without having to exit steps.
SalesLoft was similarly featured and cost-effective, while having one of the best UXes. Outreach appeared clunky and complicated; Xant seemed pieced together and not unified. All of them had similar functionality, but I really liked the simplicity of the integrations in SalesLoft with platforms we already use, such as Vidyard and Bigtincan.

It's great when you have a large list of leads to contact and follow up with, as it will keep your outreach organized and structured without getting confusing as to what previous activities have already been performed. SalesLoft will also let you write and assign messaging for your team to use, so you can make sure they're on brand and using approved messaging.

Integrating SalesLoft

It's very easy to turn on integrations and connect to your CRM. The routing and automation pieces are straightforward. You can also integrate systems like Bigtincan for sharing recommended content right inside the email, or sharing a video you have recorded for your prospect with Vidyard.

Take the time to confirm the fields are routed appropriately to leads and contacts.
Turning it on and setting up SalesLoft is fairly easy. Automating the routing and how things are sent to Salesforce has ongoing issues, such as not updating fields (moved to cadence = working, or removed to nurture, etc.).
