Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris)
SAP Commerce Cloud is one of the best tools our company used for e-commerce B2B and B2C. We had a great implementation team that made the process seamless. It was great because it included many templates to market our e-commerce storefront. It also allowed us to customize features on our site easily and quickly. There was a lot of flexibility on what we could do with the system.
- Great configuration tool that allows developers to code less and develop more.
- The flexibility is great and it is a friendly platform with a number of options to create your own mobile app communications and website.
- It features both integrated B2B and B2C capabilities.
- Back-end systems run slow at times.
- Price is high compared to competitors.
- Technical documentation is sometimes lacking.
- Allowed the company to sell more and be more creative with marketing.

We chose SAP Commerce Cloud over the other e-commerce platforms because it had integrated B2B and B2C capabilities. It is user-friendly and you can personalize it to make it your own. SAP Commerce Cloud's functionalities met the vast majority of our project requirements.
