Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic
Overall, monitoring of critical systems and metrics. It's used by IT and our Services team.
- Very inclusive set of integrations.
- Easy to follow documentation.
- Good user permission management.
- Has the look and feel of a 1980's product.
- Can be complex to set up dashboards.
- Too many choices to get things done.
- Really requires professional services.
- It was hard to adopt: 6 months in and not rolled out.
- No enterprise adoption yet.
Yes - We replaced Datadog because of DD's silly pricing structure.
It's getting better. Will be much better when we are fully implemented.
We are collecting all of the metrics of our new SAAS offering with EM7.
It doesn't yet. Future requirement.
