Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I love TeamViewer. It provides fast, easy and secure access to my desktop from my mobile device and other desktops. It is used by me within my department and has been a life-saver in numerous situations. I find my ability to reach my desktop while sitting in a meeting at a remote location to be invaluable and I cannot imagine work without TeamViewer!

- Support for multiple screens on the remote machine
- Although TeamViewer supports multiple remote displays, it does not "blank-out" any display except the primary display.
- The ability to black-out remote displays is a bit cumbersome and difficult to configure.
- TeamViewer does not seem to auto-prompt for updates.
- The use of TeamViewer has had a positive impact by providing access to required information which would have been otherwise unavailable.
TeamViewer's mobile app is powerful and consistently makes the connection to my remote desktop. In the past I found other solutions to be inconsistent in availability leaving me with an unexpected "surprise" when I was unable to connect. I find TeamViewer is able to provide every feature that I require and that is why is it my preferred tool.
