Pros

Provides comprehensive coverage. Crucial for companies/brands that are concerned with reputation management.
Strong keyword search capability. The vast majority of product and spokespeople mentions are caught.
Good support staff. Easily reached and responds quickly.

Cons

Blocking results returned from certain sites is difficult.
