Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

It is being used across the organization for those that work on the client account that we have contracted Cision (TrendKite)* for.
It addresses the need for accurate, real-time media monitoring.

*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • Provides comprehensive coverage. Crucial for companies/brands that are concerned with reputation management.
  • Strong keyword search capability. The vast majority of product and spokespeople mentions are caught.
  • Good support staff. Easily reached and responds quickly.
  • Blocking results returned from certain sites is difficult.
  • Better customer service
  • Faster alerts for crisis situations
The Meltwater sales team was pushy and their offering was inferior.
Well-suited for extensive media monitoring.

Less well-suited for brands/companies that do not get a lot of media coverage.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

The account mangers are easy to reach and generally helpful.
