Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

Marketing and Sales can leverage content that is on-point with our brand messaging via the quotes library.
  • I like that the TrustRadius widget allows instant, real-time visibility into what people are saying about our product today online.
  • The tagging functionality with TrustQuotes is very useful for finding customer feedback on specific features, topics, etc. that I am looking for.
  • Engagement campaigns are well thought out and executed to drive reviewers.
  • Landing page for products could be a bit cleaner.
  • The criteria for TrustRadius rankings on grids in software categories, etc. is not the greatest model.

TrustRadius has provided us with plenty of fresh content from our customers to leverage in marketing and nurture campaigns. It is difficult to quantify, at this stage, the ROI on our TrustRadius investment, however, we like that TrustRadius provides a reliable, third-party forum for validation of our sales and marketing messaging.
We have engaged with some other online review sites. What we particularly like about TrustRadius, is how in depth their reviews go. This provides for a lot of great content that can be leveraged for different marketing campaigns; given the different and diverse review sections.
Review tagging functionality has made it much easier to identify and leverage reviewer content; saving me tactical overhead time.
We see customers/prospects going to online content like TrustRadius reviews more before the formal sales cycle begins with them. Generally, the web is their first point of contact when someone in an organization is asked to put together a list of options for technology investment in a particular area of the company, etc. Other third-party and customer validation is generally leveraged further down the sales cycle.
TrustRadius reviews are relatively long and involved, leading to sometimes less engagement but often great, insightful content.
TrustRadius vendor offerings are best suited for organizations that are seeing customers or prospective customers increasingly going online and doing their own research first, before engaging a vendor. This is a new evolution in the sales cycle and makes it vital that companies have accurate, up-to-date and attractive information available via the web and that their overall online presence is sound.

Representatives from TrustRadius have always been responsive, engaging and helpful.
Post sale, TrustRadius reps remained engaged and responsive in support.
We negotiated a premium package initially with some compare reports. We are currently under negotiation for 2018 moving forward.
TrustRadius reps are proactive and responsive; simply ask for support in the direction/goals you wish to achieve.
The TrustRadius Customer Success team is fantastic. They are very responsive and all hands are on board when it comes to demonstrating new product functionality, etc. I am the primary manager of my company's relationship with TrustRadius and I have had nothing but good experiences with their entire team.
