Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Payroll, benefits, onboarding. Being used by Finance and Human Resources. Addresses support that we lacked with our prior supplier.
  • The service people are always very nice.
  • You can receive assistance in minutes.
  • The year end process check lists are wonderful.
  • Missing functionality in UTM. I would like to have the supervisor access (in order to see what screens they see) along with my Administrator access.
  • Some of the support people may not have enough knowledge of our system or just in general.
I believe we have achieved most of our goals.
We saw it as an opportunity to grow.

It is well suited for payroll and time management.

It seems like information comes fast and furious at times but that just may be because of legislation.

The training was very good. If you had questions, you could get answers with little effort.

Yes, especially with UTM. Nilay Patel is the best I have seen. He usually knows what is wrong even if I only explain it to him once.
