Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

UserTesting is currently being used by our product and UX teams. We use it to test everything from early concept prototype to post build user acceptance testing. We primarily leverage it for our B2C experiences, but occasionally leverage it for our B2B platforms.

Our primary goal is to test consumers for new and existing products to make their healthcare payment experience and painless as possible.
  • Rapid results with minimal ramp up time.
  • Easy to use features to expedite reporting of results.
  • Easy to make highlight reals for stakeholder buy in.
  • High cost for small teams.
  • Stakeholder buy in is much faster and easier with UserTesting results.
  • By removing the need to recruit and the ability run multiple tests at once. Tests results take a week, instead of "weeks."
  • Transcriptions allows us to capture feedback, without typing a thing...
Honestly have not had a lot of issues that resulted in a call to support.
Easy to use, fairly intuitive, and always improving. It might be more complicated for someone not as familiar, but I have been using it for 6 years now, with no issues.
Our industry is Healthcare Payments, our audience is pretty much everyone from about 21-85+. The UserTesting tools help target the right people across the country based on the situation we are looking to test.

When we tested a solution to pay multiple healthcare bills at once, we looked for people who needed to pay multiples at once. When we tested our payment plan UI. We looked for people who needed assistance and how we could deliver not only a good user experience but understand how else we could help those individuals.
UserTesting best fills the need for quality feedback on all our existing and concept designs.
UserTesting is great for not only testing UI's, but also other challenging scenarios. We have used it to even test our print materials like patient and member statements.
