Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

It is being used within the Design Department, by the User Experience Team, and on projects for stakeholders across the company. We use UserTesting to test the usability of our sites and tools, validate theories, save time and activity cost, and suggest methods of improving a user's experience with our brands.
  • Sources specific user groups.
  • Allows us to listen to feedback from the user's mouths.
  • Gets us very quick results from users.
  • Suggestions for narrowing down test group criteria.
  • Access to a disabled user base to test accessibility.
  • Cleaner way to parse info or export results.
  • Increase conversion
  • Validate hypotheses
  • Save activity cost
  • Save tech resources
We haven't needed to use support often, but they were responsive when we had to pause our tests mid-test to address some technical issues.
It's pretty intuitive. You can dive right in.
Has allowed us to flag issues big and small, increase the usability of our sites and tools, get an outside perspective on more subjective topics, and bring products or features to market with more confidence.
The real-time data from FullStory is great and we wish UT had a similar feature, but the ease of setting up individual tests and qualitative feedback is more important for us at this stage. We chose UT over FS when our budget forced us to drop one.
