Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Works great; we sell Webex Calling and the entire Webex Suite. We recommend it to businesses of similar sizes whose employees work remotely, as having no on-site presence works for us because we are a small company. For large companies, we recommend UCM Calling with the Webex app, as they typically require 100% reliability.

Cisco CUCM-Cisco Expressways for on-site redundancy with the Webex App. IM Messaging. Contact Center.
It does it well.
