Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We are a digital marketing agency which serves to big clients of very different backgrounds so we needed a tool for the organization, coordination and tracking of projects which may have dozens of different tasks and subtasks performed by many departments at once. Wrike has proven to be an excellent tool for those purposes because it allows us to map the process for whole projects, classify its different aspects, tag team members, share documents, give feedback and track how much time is used across different tasks.
Pros
- Ease of use and setting.
- Allows clear communication and collaboration between teams.
- Great search engine.
- Tracking of productivity.
- Alarms for back-logged tasks and useful notification system.
Cons
- If not well configured, the notifications may be very excessive.
- It doesn't let you know how much storage it has until you're very near the limit point.
- Ocassional lag.
- Identification of time-waste so we can have leaner and more efficient processes.
- Help on quoting/pricing for any kind of project because it let us know how many hours does it take to perform specific tasks.
- Strengthens remote collaboration as it makes it easy to share documents, share feedback, tag coworkers, among other functions.

Wrike Feature Ratings
Using Wrike
25 - We used Wrike in all of our teams (administration, marketing, web development, graphic design, account management/sales, human resources and more) because it enabled us to share files, comments, announcements, links and all kind of items involved in our client´s projects; it also helped us review the progress along some internal processes and client´projects.
2 - We only had two members of the agency who had some hand on the implementation and monitoring of Wrike as we started and continued to use it, they were the office administrator and the project manager and their main function was to watch how many hours did it take to complete certain tasks; sometimes, some catch-up with updates and tutorial sessiones were given.
- File sharing.
- Time measurement (completion of tasks).
- Multi-team communication on projects.
- Project planning.
- Wrike´s data was used for annual awards for employees.
- It helped us implement some internal surveys.
- Improved efficiency in time and resources given to project planning and monitoring.
- To allow our customers watch their project´progress by themselves.
- To automatize the creation of reports.
- Also automatize problem-detecting (i. e. when a workmate takes too much time to complete some tasks).
