Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike as a product management tool. It helps manage projects and tasks related to marketing automation or digital marketing. First of all, it's very user-friendly and easy to use—it's not very technical. I love its hierarchical approach in terms of project—task—subtask and its view widget for various scenarios. I would easily recommend it to anyone for its well-thought-out layout and logical design.

Pros

  • Project management.
  • Task Management.
  • Summary of projects completed, in queue, open, etc.
  • Easy reporting.
  • Ease of use and very user friendly.

Cons

  • It could improve in reporting, maybe a detailed analysis would help.
  • Integration with other reporting tools, like Power BI, would be helpful, though I don't know if the integration functionality with Power BI is available yet.
  • Better collaboration among colleagues.
  • Amazing project and task view.
  • Easy to use.
  • Great view.
  • Cost efficient.
I haven't used these features yet, but I have yet to explore them, and I will do so soon. Thanks.
As mentioned earlier, I have used other platforms like Workfront, Jira, and Slack for project and task management. However, I would definitely go for Wrike because it makes things easier for marketers, stakeholders, and users. I love it. You are doing amazing work. Continue building on that, and I am sure you will be one of the best project management tools on the market.
For its ease of use, Better project management, Project/task view, Ease of coordination with colleagues, its vertical layout for project updates and comments, and Logical layout.

Wrike is best suited for project management, task management, summarizing requests received by the team, open tasks, in-queue tasks, project tracking, etc. It helps with project management excellently, and I would love to recommend it. Analytics is good, but there is a high chance of improvement.
