Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I use Wrike to keep track of all my projects and tasks. It allows me to prioritize what to work on next, and keep track of what I need to work on. It is easy to add a new task so I don't forget the details. It also lets me collaborate with teammates on bigger tasks.

Wrike will give me a summary of a task and all the comments and events related to it, which saves me a lot of time reading through all the history. It will also help explain my ideas in more detail, or condense them for easier reading. Brainstorming with AI is very useful.
The workflows are very useful and powerful, but can also be a bit overwhelming. There are so many things that you can do with them, but I only use a few of the options. I don't know what they could do to improve this, but maybe some more tutorials would be helpful.
Most of the similar products all cover the basic functionality that I need. We selected Wrike because my supervisor used it and liked the collaborative aspects of it. They have improved it over the years and the AI tools are becoming more and more helpful. It is easy to communicate with my team through Wrike, which keeps us on the same page.

It is great for a business setting, especially a distributed business environment, where collaborating with teammates asynchronously is important. I would suggest it for anyone looking to keep track of their projects and tasks, but it does seems to be built more for business projects rather than personal ones, though it could handle those as well.
