Incent helps us to automate and streamline our
complex compensation process. The solution is flexible, easy to configure and
can be customize per our needs and time to time changes in incentive plans.
Xactly Incent meets our HR and legal requirements
by allowing accurate implementation of designed plans, audit capability, plan
routing and status tracking. It meets the Sales team requirements by giving
visibility to goals and credits, transparency to achievements via incentive
statements and ranking.
Xactly Analytics is a user friendly tool that
allows us to automate a variety of reports and publish them on the user
dashboard easily. It provides valuable insights into sales performance and
compensation data. It allows organizations to analyze sales data in real-time,
giving them a better understanding of sales performance and making informed
decisions.
Xactly community portal and university offers an
excellent resource from beginners to advanced learners. Monthly newsletters
keeps the administrator up to date with upcoming changes. Tips n tricks Email
series and quick learning videos (XUshorts) are my favorites.

- Incent refresh page UI is very scttered. It's hard to read and update the records as it is not in a yable format.
