Xactly Incent is the tool we use to run our Sales Incentive Plan in the most efficient and accurate way. It provided the company a system to manager commission calculation and payouts in a consistent manner. Most of all, it provided our Plan Participants a transparent and effective way to track their progress against company set goals.

We provide analytics dashboards and to our executives who consume the data in order to make business decisions. We are able to use aggregate data to check how we pay our sales team versus how the industry does. We are able to quickly estimate commissions spend and provide our finance team an better accrual estimate.
We are able to manage our commission spend and see if it is tracking against what we forecast. We are able to react quickly if we see plans that are not effective and are not incentivizing the right behavior. We are able to direct future company objectives based on past performance.
Integrating Salesforce CRM to our Xactly system allowed our plan participants to see their progress against goals in a daily basis. We are able to skip the repetitive and error prone step of downloading Bookings data and uploading the same to Xactly. It made our process much easier and faster.
Finance is able to get a better accrual estimate from the commissions team.
