We utilize Zoho CRM in our organization from a B2B perspective primarily. It's robust, comprehensive, and on top of business needs that are needed today. Such things as SMS/integration capabilities, marketplace, flows, marketing campaign management, analytics are all needed under one roof.

- Chat/support availability
Cons
- Making it more user friendly for people whom are less technical
- Calendar events/timezone management
- Increased staff accountability
- Increased staff performance
- Decreased time spent wondering what needs to be done
