Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Everything is at my fingertips, and for someone like me that has ADHD, it makes it easy for me to manage all my Leads, Contacts, accounts. Makes it a very seamless business and prospect management.
  • It's a great option For Entretrepeurs and certainly, Zoho as a whole is economically friendly, which is most important.
  • Prospecting management tool.
  • Customer relationships and maximize team productivity.
  • A Dark Mode theme would be great; I don't like color scheme/theme for this CRM.
  • Accounts make it very seamless business and prospect management, which means you can focus on scaling up the business.
  • Efficiency provide an ROI for business.

Product's configurability is just right for this type of product.
Zoho CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management tool. It's excellent for companies and groups that need to collaborate to better support their customers. Zoho CRM is a cheaper alternative to monday.com, especially for small businesses that don't need all the features of monday.com.

When your team is looking for a faster way to organize the weekly call, Zoho CRM is the solution. Scenario 2: Your not tech-savvy or have the ability to use a CRM tool then this is not for you.
