Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho is being used by our company to keep track of comments and interactions within several social media accounts. I can't imagine not using it now.
  • I like the Monitor feature that allows you to monitor up to 5 hashtags. It's a paid feature, but seems worth it.
  • I like being able to interact directly with multiple followers in the same dashboard browser or app.
  • I would like to see a few other social media apps included like Pinterest for example.
2 - Marketing
  • We are just now implementing, however, I believe it will have a positive effect.
We have used Creator Studio by FB.
If you are a small company with a few employees and you need to maximize your time on social media and interactions, this is the app for you.

If you manage multiple Brands, I bet this is an amazing tool for you.

Yes - It works great, but I use the dashboard more. I like the mobile app for use on the go.
