Fileboard is great for all sizes of sales organizations and very useful for those utilizing Salesforce. Their pricing is more affordable than competitors and their people are less pushy. My advice would be to demo the product and see if it fits your needs before looking at the more established and expensive competitors.
PTS: needed to bring a new senior marketing team member up to speed on how we got to our current TV campaign
Solution: Series featuring consumer insights, why specific spokesperson, agency brief, the entire creative process - scrips, animatics, rough cuts, feedback, and testing at each step. Including the actual creative from each step.
Total time to build: 1 hour
Concept testing:
PTS: things get lost, findable but version control
Solution: everything in one placeConcepts, testing, IHUTs, verbatims, videos with transcripts. Reduces the possibility of missing something, helps with any builds (reuse), but gives us a the chance to dig deeper. Example: search on terms like "indulgent", or "crispy" or "share" much faster
Reply works best for structured outbound to a defined ICP, where reps personalize the opener, then let multi-step cadences run across email, calls, and LinkedIn with reply detection and CRM sync. It excels for time-sensitive triggers, event follow ups, closed-lost recycling, and A/B testing to standardize winning copy. It is less suited to bespoke enterprise pursuits that need deep research or legal signoff on every touch, or to untargeted high-volume blasts. In those cases, keep Reply for light structure and handle core outreach manually.
Quickly reach out to whatever employee segment you want to reach by posting a topic and it will send a notification to everyone in that group with a link to the posting.
Bloomfire saves all of the previous posts so in your free time you can go to the site, and explore the various range of topics others have posted. The information on there will only be as good as the person posting it, but it will be people within your company and industry posting it. So it will always be helpful.
Bloomfire is a place to be noticed by your peers. Have a great topic you want to express, my company allows all to post there as long as we keep it professional. So you can share your ideas or experiences in a safe and productive manner. But we do have some fun on there too!
To automatically sync our data, and keep records up to date, it offers a variety of native CRM connections, seamless integration with other tools, a robust API, and the power of Zapier.
I'm impressed by it, because it includes all of the capabilities I needed, as well as multivariate testing and, most significantly, an excellent reporting system.
It offers an extensive set of features for efficient outbound and inbound marketing automation.
With reporting and lead qualifying, the automation component is pretty powerful.
My experience with Fileboard has been less than ideal after making the switch from a very similar product. Our sales team as well as our operations team has experienced a number of stability issues on calls with our prospective customers to the point that we are looking for alternative solutions before our contract with fileboard has even expired.
I received more complaints from my team in 6 months using Fileboard than 2 years using a competing product.
We attempted to part ways mid contract and request a refund for unused access but were rejected and accused of blackmail after I provided two possible outcomes to our situation. One being private resolution and parting ways and second being an honest assessment of my experience with Fileboard and wishing we had stuck with the slightly more expensive solution.
I would recommend adding a feature to combine different posts/series by job title (so in addition to the Revenue Ops category, there could be a structured walkthrough for Revenue Manager).
Live Q+A sessions for group onboarding initiatives.
Syncing to other programs. You cannot interrelate Reply with other software in a simple way. Zapier is required and even then it’s not perfect.
Similar to syncing, there’s no way to export results of particular campaigns. This is awful. If I send out a campaign to a group, I’d like to export the results to enter into a CRM since I can’t sync the contacts. One of these features must be added ASAP.
Organization. While Reply itself is user-friendly, keeping campaigns and contacts and results organized is not. You cannot organize campaigns or file them away when they are done. Therefore you have to delete campaigns to stay organized and lose results, which you cannot even export.
Most likely we will renew, our team needs a refresher on possible opportunities to advance our usage and learning of opportunities to move this answer to a 10, can't live without it.
Bloomfire is an easy-to-use platform for posting information and asking questions of my peers. It also has a user-friendly search capability. Yet like any other CMS, the secret to success rests in such items as the ability to use metadata to tag content or posts, and Bloomfire provides a wide range of options to make posting content and subsequently searching for it.
Reply’s overall usability is strong. The interface is intuitive, and most features are easy to navigate without much training. Creating and managing sequences is straightforward, and the automation flow saves a lot of manual effort. Occasionally, the dashboard can feel a bit cluttered, and reporting could be more flexible. But overall, it’s a user-friendly tool that allows teams to get started quickly and operate efficiently day to day
I have not needed to pose questions to the support team yet, as it is a very simple piece of software to use, however, its help documents and the bot ready to answer questions let me know I am in good hands. The help center could load a little quicker, but that's my only complaint.
I generally receive a reply in no time at all and found not only the support org. but the sales team to be extremely helpful. Additionally I found a great onboarding process with plenty of resources to consume.
Fileboard has tighter integration into Salesforce and is less expensive. ClearSlide has a few more bells and whistles that may or may not be needed for your environment.
I like Bloomfire because it is more concise with the work I do whereas Google search engine would provide broader information. It has just been so user-friendly, and easier to use [than] I could have imagined. I would use this program over any other that I have tried in the past.
Reply is a very good and widely known platform. I find it to be a lot more sophisticated and composed. I believe this tool works great for both large and small companies, which makes it stand out. There are so many other tools that work great, but they are restricted to the type and size of certain companies. With Mailchimp the email chain automation was not up to the mark and we faced a lot of problems due to it. However, Reply has solved all those issues.
Reply.io has been a lot more effective than MailChimp in terms of the follow-ups for the email chains. We use them to contact the people who said they wanted to do business with us and MailChimp's emails usually went to Promotions on Gmail. With Reply.io, we overcame this problem and the open rate improved 30%.
