Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Bloomfire has been a great and useful resource tool for us as employees. We can literally look up any products and get all the information that we need to perform to the best of our abilities within this site. It is amazing and truly a blessing. It has helped me learn the process the company uses and everything that I am supposed to know more effectively. It is also very user-friendly. It really just addresses any business problems that we could have about where to find any resources or information needed. I use it daily at work and will always speak highly of it to anyone else! Thank you so much for providing this exceptional program for all of us to use!

I like Bloomfire because it is more concise with the work I do whereas Google search engine would provide broader information. It has just been so user-friendly, and easier to use [than] I could have imagined. I would use this program over any other that I have tried in the past.
It is well suited whenever you are trying to find any information you need about brochures, products, scripts, etc. I think it could be more beneficial having more videos provided about the differences between the dental products, med sup, and med adv plans, and maybe even videos about being a better salesperson.
