I would recommend 6sense as a 10. I really don't have any major faults with the tool. I can't imagine being a marketer in this day and age and not having a tool like 6sense. If a team doesn't have it, even if you're a small team, I think it can be a game-changer. I would say areas where this product is well-suited are organizations where sales and marketing teams need better alignment. If you have sales teams that need help prioritizing the right accounts—meaning ICP accounts that are showing intent—then 6sense is a tool you should definitely look into. If you have old-school sales teams that are just kind of winging it and picking accounts they feel they should be working without having data behind those decisions, 6sense can help bring much-needed focus and prioritization. Where it may not be the best fit is if you're a very small company and you're not yet at the point of doing account-based marketing. If you're a one-person shop with a single marketer or a single salesperson, you probably don't need ABM yet—you need to grow a little bit first. But that would really be my only callout.

It's a great system. As I said, I had never used it, but I feel that if I do move on, I would definitely take this with me - everyone I introduce it to via my network is amazed by it. As a small company, for our sales and marketing, it is a brilliant platform; in fact, I'll go as far as to say that our logistics and supply chain look at it daily as well. Reports are fantastic, and the fact that you can jump on and see data in real time is brilliant.

  • Example: It shows which companies are searching for topics like our product. We give the SDR team a list of accounts to call first.
  • It shows intent even when no one fills out a form.
  • Example: An account may not submit a demo form, but 6sense still shows it is active and viewing related topics. This helps us reach out earlier.
  • It triggers actions for the team.
  • Example: If an account suddenly spikes in intent, we can alert the account owner, create a task, or start a sequence right away.

  • Lead Forensics helps us see which companies are visiting our site, even if they don’t fill out a form. This gives us a chance to reach out to businesses that are already showing interest but might not have contacted us yet.
  • Instead of cold-calling random prospects, we can see which pages a company has viewed and how often they return. This helps us tailor our conversations based on what they’re actually interested in.
  • The Lead Forensics support team has been great whenever we’ve had questions. They’re quick to respond and always ready to help, whether it’s troubleshooting an issue or offering advice on how to get the most out of the platform.

  • I would love to see more academy and certifications, availability, I think some easier, faster, easy, digestible courses to jump in. Certifications are great but they're very much focused on just those two certifications, so maybe more of a specialization focus on that side as well as some ways to kind of do a quick easy onboarding for first time users or those who have 6sense within their organization but don't know how to jump in and use it right away.

  • Better updates on companies' current names. Often if a company was a different company years ago it still says the old company name which is confusing.
  • Better identifying the correct location. Sometimes it seems like that the location coming up is the wrong location.
  • Giving a better understanding of how they got to the website would help too. Often is says "direct" but I would like to know if it was via a link from an email or what

I love the tool, it makes everything we do more powerful and accurate. I'd shout it from the rooftops any day of the week. Using this tool will take your marketing efforts to the next level, no matter where you're starting from. No need to have prior experience with the tool for it to work for you

I gave this rating because I’ve spent hours upon hours training reps on 6sense. A lot of my trainings have been successful and the reps are now using the tool correctly. With that, I think the usability is overall strong. It isn’t complex once it is learned by the rep or admin, just takes some practice.

Lead Forensics is usable and has clear videos scattered around the platform, encouraging users to level up. The CSM team is great at supporting and providing training for sales and marketing. Dashboards are a bit clunky, and the UI isn't the best. From memory, it hasn't really changed since we've been using it. These factors hold the platform back, as something as simple as filtering can be hidden behind a few clicks, which some salespeople are unaware of.

We hardly needed any support but in the initial days we got some had to contact support for the product understanding, the suppor t was prompt and they were very quick to resolve any issues. The support team is very helpful and gives a lot of importance to unresolved issues.

I’ve used SalesIntel primarily for contact data, but I haven’t explored its web tracking features. What sets Lead Forensics apart is how quickly it delivers actionable insights from site visits. It helps me identify engaged accounts and prioritize follow-up without extra effort. For our needs, Lead Forensics offered a more immediate impact on sales productivity and customer engagement.

  • Opportunity conversion, definitely increased opportunity, conversion rates and very high deal size. The size of the deal that is touched by marketing and engaged in 6sense paid media campaigns is proportionately increased versus if they were just an inbound or if they were just work by sales.

  • We are still in the very early stages of using Lead Forensics for our agency, but I can see that it could already be very useful to us as we haven't had insights like this previously.
  • Our very first use case with Lead Forensics was with a brand-new client and I would say it went exceptionally well. We were running a large media campaign for them, and it was very insightful to see how those specific businesses were getting to the site and what page they were going to. Like mentioned previously, this helped their very small sales team to go after businesses they know were interested in them.
