Chose Apollo.io
If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the …
Chose Apollo.io
We found the contact data from Apollo.io was more reliable than Instantly.ai. We used Instantly.ai for about 6 months before stopping our use of it. Growbots doesn't give you as much volume for the same price at Apollo.io. However, we did close sales with Growbots, and we did …
Chose Apollo.io
Way more accurate than both of the other programs.
Chose Apollo.io
Better package options and filters
Chose Apollo.io
Compared to ZoomInfo, Apollo.io offers comparable data coverage at a fraction of the cost with a more intuitive interface. Against Common Room, Apollo.io is more outbound-execution focused while Common Room excels at signal aggregation. Warmly serves a different real-time …
Chose Apollo.io
My company chose Apollo.io but I do prefer it because of the UI and customer service.
Chose Apollo.io
We liked Apollo.io's interface and easy to understand pricing structure more than the rest. We also felt that Apollo.io's value was higher as it included a lot of other features that we currently aren't taking advantage of for the same if not lower price than its competitors. I …
Chose Apollo.io
Apollo.io was recommended to me as it was a preferred source for lead generation.
Chose Apollo.io
Apollo.io's ability to push contacts directly through our CRM makes outreach a breeze. The pricing has been our biggest decision factor, I've found it to be the cheapest with the same if not more features. I've used their competitors in the past and I always opt to use …
Chose Apollo.io
Apollo.io’s lists are higher quality and deliver ability is better.
Chose Apollo.io
We have integrated Hubspot with Apollo.io. Apollo.io is great but the CRM tools of Hubspot are better for our use.
Chose Apollo.io
Apollo.io is great for getting the exact contact info that these AI tools will not provide. They won't provide names or contact information.
Chose Apollo.io
Apollo has everything with in it and does not require any extra integration and extra tools to be purchased to manage emails, pipelines and does not need to depend on excell sheets for managing everything. It increase productivity and also help me getting right party contact …
Chose Apollo.io
I think Apollo.io has better data than some of the leads we've found through LinkedIn
Chose Apollo.io
I started with Apollo.io, and it was initially overwhelming, but I got the hang of it.
Chose Apollo.io
Cannot provide at this time a full scope, but generating leads is the best so far.
Chose Apollo.io
We've evaluated ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, and HubSpot Sales Hub as Apollo.io alternatives. Apollo.io won out with its unified interface for lead gen, AI messaging, and analytics—reducing tool switches, costs by 30%, and ramping up outreach speed. No other matched its …
Chose Apollo.io
Apollo.io is usually better than saleshandy and Lusha because it does many sales tasks in one platform. Lusha is mainly used to find contact details like emails and phone numbers, and saleshandy is mostly used for sending cold email campaigns. Apollo.io, however, combines both …
Chose Apollo.io
I used Growbots for year many years ago, it landed me exactly one client. Apollo.io is much easier to use and has gotten me way more results.
Chose Apollo.io
Apollo is much better than lemlist because it gives you more comprehensive offerings in terms of CRM, automated messages, and the UI is much easier and better.
Chose Apollo.io
Similar, much more affordable for the same type of product.
Nimble
Chose Nimble
I used to use Workdesk and it was fantastic, you could easily work out what was needed and help desk would support you not just give you the tips to read.
Chose Nimble
To help track products for the most demanding clients, Nimble has been an inspiration. With this tool, we can easily manage our customers and leads. This tool has many themes and templates for sending emails and notifications. In contrast to other CRM programs, Nimble is a …
Chose Nimble
I believe that Nimble is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software that is beyond conventionalism. I feel that when a business will implement Nimble’s channel then you will be able to have much more professional access to customer contact. I would say it is one of the …

I cannot regard Salesforce as a perfect tool for CRM. I found Salesforce lacks many important features that we were looking for. Moreover, [the] email marketing feature of Salesforce wasn’t working well and I didn’t like that feature. But on the other side, the email marketing …
Chose Nimble
CRM tools need to be proactive, but unfortunately Agile didn’t fit well with our business demands, and we found Agile buggy and sometimes it results in slowing down our system, so that was a big issue for us. Luckily with Nimble, we haven't faced any such issue and it fit well …
Chose Nimble
Nimble is best of all. It has more reliable features than Freshdesk. I was using a lot of contact software for organization and it easily integrated with them effectively. Easily integrate with Google products, outlook and email
Chose Nimble
Nimble is mainly used for contact management and email tracking, linking companies and people into a single database, and using the database as a communication panel.
Chose Nimble
Nimble was either on par or much better than most platforms we evaluated in the initial stage of shortlisting the top 2 or 3 platforms.
Chose Nimble
Nimble has a straightforward setup, [is] easy to use, and has a fast and intuitive interface. This was the plus point for their choice.
Chose Nimble
Nimble has given me the tools I need to get the data from potential customers and use it to transform them into potential customers.
Chose Nimble
Nimble is a good CRM for someone who wants to use it for what it can do out of the box. Someone who doesn't need social media links in the client records. If you want to customize a CRM to look and feel like you want it to, I'd suggest you go someplace else. Nimble does not …
Chose Nimble
Nimble is more cost effective than both. Easier to use than Salesforce. It's built for the user and the person in the customer facing role to make their lives easier. The others are built for making managers lives easier and can get frustrating for end users.
Chose Nimble
I think they are neck in neck. Nimble might be cheaper and their customer support might be just a smidge better. I would be happy with both products.
Chose Nimble
Nimble is much better than Salesmate as it's user interface having many features and helping me to manage all day-to-day activities easily without any interruption.
Chose Nimble
Both Insightly and HubSpot are very capable systems in terms of CRM capabilities. However, Nimble is indispensable to us for its data enrichment feature that gives us the advantage of intel that is crucial for getting responses from our email campaigns We love how smart the …
Chose Nimble
I haven't used another CRM for at least 8 years. While I keep up to date on key CRMs, I feel it would be unfair to Nimble and the other CRMs of me to compare them here.
Chose Nimble
Every CRM has about 80% of what I need so there is always a few details that don't work exactly how we need them.
Chose Nimble
I selected Nimble for the group message integration and social media integration. The other tools that I looked at had restrictions that kept me from the ease of managing my customers. Prospecting is a big part of my business, and having the triggers for contact from Nimble is …
Chose Nimble
Google Apps combined with Communication History and the Social portion of Nimble places it in a category by itself, in my opinion.
It is very cost effective.
I have found other tools cannot compete on pricing and the social aspect.
Chose Nimble
Nimble has proven to be a positive and well-respected application within our company for setting us up for success at building personal and meaningful associations with decision makers. It has been a significant reason why we have gained acceptance and trust from those who we …
Chose Nimble
We checked out Hubspot CRM. You get a lot for free from them but it seems that to get the functions contained in Nimble you'd have to spend 2X per user to get the sales pro. To get the marketing aspects you'd really need the HS marketing package which is far more expensive than …

Chose Zoho CRM
We required a full-featured corporate working tool, and Hubspot wasn't the most excellent alternative. We were guaranteed that Zoho CRM may fill up the holes in our earlier framework. Furthermore, Zoho is fantastically cost-effective for indeed the most minor endeavors, giving …
Chose Zoho CRM
An affordable, comprehensive suite of tools suitable for small to enterprise-sized businesses.
Chose Zoho CRM
Free user access was one reason to use it more than any other software. Also, for a mid-size organization, the Salesforce cost was a little higher, and Pipedrive was almost similar to Zoho. As we were already using Zoho, we found no urgency to switch.
Chose Zoho CRM
Overall top quality and great features! Fantastic!
Chose Zoho CRM
I love campaigns, very user friendly. Synching with Zoho CRM is easy and it's a nice feature to not have to update 2 programs, when we update a contact record in Zoho CRM, it's nice to know that that contact info is also updated in campaigns. We never have to worry about emails …
Chose Zoho CRM
We used to use Hubspot before Zoho. I think Hubspot is a great tool and contains a lot of very nice features, but Zoho stacks up quite well against it as it offers most of the same features at a significantly reduced price. We could also migrate our data from Hubspot to Zoho …
Chose Zoho CRM
Salesforce CRM would have been my go-to if I had the budget for it. Zoho CRM goes 90% of the way for a much decent price.
Chose Zoho CRM
Sugar was great when we first got started. Zoho CRM allowed us to take things to the next level and get the support that we needed along with that transition. Zoho CRM's customization was mush easier to setup and use without having to rely on developers to create custom code …
Chose Zoho CRM
We have only looked into other CRMs but Zoho is our first one. I think we chose it because of price not necessarily because it was better than any of the other options. It was our first CRM system so we didn't have anything to base it off of.
Chose Zoho CRM
It is decent against what is offered in the market, it follows certain philosophy of CRM which may not be a perfect fit for everyone.
There are not so many guides and new updates push for differentiation.
Formatting and bugs appearances are often an issue.
Chose Zoho CRM
Overall Zoho CRM is great. It might not be the best CRM but if you compare the price difference, i think Zoho CRM does wonders. I ll not line it up in the same position with Salesforce and Hubspot but it is full full-capacity CRM. If they add AI capabilities and add more …
Chose Zoho CRM
Hubspot and NetSuite are much better solutions in my mind, I've used both and enjoyed both.
Chose Zoho CRM
While Zoho CRM was not as feature rich as Salesforce.com, it was definitely more affordable. We looked at upgrading our current CRM, Goldmine CRM, but it was too limited and the upgrade offered was not cloud based. We were already a Zoho customer, using Zoho Projects, and …
Chose Zoho CRM
HUbSpot Is not Effective . Even though it has all Option its not user Friendly to Create Report and filter the leads like that so i switch to Zoho
Chose Zoho CRM
For our organizations requirements, Zoho CRM fits for it and pricing to less than other products and it also has all suite plan where accounts team and marketing team use.
Chose Zoho CRM
All in one stack with Zoho One has helped us to make the decision to choose CRM
Chose Zoho CRM
I am using both at the same time, due to lack of performance on Zoho CRM marketing toolset (lack of different unsubscribe pages, forms, language support for users) we needed to find another alternative.
Chose Zoho CRM
We selected ZOHO over the above - specifically salesforce - initially because of the price. Secondly, we do not have the technical expertise and budget to do a lot of customization at this time. So, we needed a product that had a good user interface, and that was flexible and …
Chose Zoho CRM
Zoho is cheaper and simpler but not that efficient as compare to HubSpot CRM. I think HubSpot has 100 more features than Zoho.
Email deliverability is also better on HubSpot in my experience. I think but it does the job though. It all depends on what you want to do.
Chose Zoho CRM
Zoho has an all-in-one solution called Zoho One which combines most of the solutions a company of our size requires. Thanks to this, we were able to consolidate our solutions into a single ecosystem while saving money. Zoho also has sales and marketing automation features that …

If a company is looking to do higher volume email and phone outreach, Apollo.io is a good tool. I would recommend first verifying if this type of outreach works with your offering. If it does, this tool will be very helpful for you.

[Nimble] has been the best platform for us to manage contacts and information from the
contacts. Great dashboard, fast UI, and complete package with all features
helping us a lot. I would definitely recommend this software to other
businesses to have this in their ecosystem to be more productive.

This is very useful and handy software for initial use and sometimes later on. Its low price and rich features make it one of the most suitable software for small and midsize organizations. Customer management and tracking make your daily tasks easier.

Pros
  • Firstly, finding the details of the potential customers that is there name, designation email and phone number since these are the most important cases most of the times I can get this data in Apollo.io
  • I can pull the bulk data of the targeted organization, or I can pull the emails based on the location and job titles
  • Apart from the email capture, the thing which helpful is that the email sequence can find emails and send emails in Apollo.io itself and also the report and the dashboard are so clean
  • Friendly UI and UX Apollo.io was the first tool which I used. Since then I'm still using Apollo.io for easy understanding

Cons
  • Apollo.io's sync to Salesforce is incredibly finnicky and created a large number of duplicates.
  • Apollo.io's workflow functionality is rigid and doesn't play nicely with middleware like Zapier.
  • Apollo.io is focused on helping you spin up many different emails and phone numbers in a spammy manner instead of focusing on domain reputation.

  • I dont like the functionality aspect of how one of the controllers is always on standby, they dont load balance, meaning you can be on the same controller for the life of the appliance
  • The 4.x firmware was pretty buggy and it gave off a lot of temp alarms

  • Need some way to switch a field type without losing the pre-existing data.
  • The settings controls should be broken out differently - I don't like that I can't keep some users from exporting all contact records (i.e., the entire Contacts module) because if the export function is turned off, the export function of Reports for those same modules is also blocked.
  • Frustrating that only 3 custom lookup fields are allowed per module in our license.

It's truly a great system if you get it for the right reasons. Don't expect it to do everything a mid market organization would require but for any small business or mid to large organizations which would like to integrate to it for the social insights capabilities this is a leading solution which can add value immediately

We are generally very satisfied with the zoho crm. Some extras are just added to improve productivity but overall Zoho CRM is highly recommended over many competitors. You can start with a few clicks to configure your needs. As you become an expert, you will be able to activate and configure the modules and integrations that you require. I know we still have a lot to discover so we're sticking with Zoho CRM, we're not interested in new options at the moment

The platform has more advantages and positives as compared to challenges or negatives in comparison to other comparable products and platforms available in the marketplace. It was extremely easy to get started with the initial deployment which makes the choice much clearer. Finally its tight integration not just with Microsoft O365 suite, but also with [the] most popular social media platforms available makes it a very favorable platform in its domain.

Compared to our previous CRM, Zoho is a breeze. I can look up customers and reports with no issue. There are times when it may be difficult to find something, but I assume that is because I am not in Zoho every day like the sales team is. It does everything we need very simply, so I would definitely recommend it to others.

In my many years using Zoho, I think there were only 1 or 2 days when there was something happening and I was not able to log in. Sure, it wasn't fun and we all panicked a bit, but right after that, all was well and work-life continued. Being cloud based, I'm never worried about losing my iPhone, iPad or Laptop as I know I can log in anywhere on any device and workflow won't stop.

I don't recall every having any issues with a page not loading due to it being a Zoho issue. Anytime I've had any issues with something being wonky, I clear cache and that has always solved the problem. Or a simply computer reboot and we're back, hard at work. Look, I don't expect any product to delivery 100%, 100% of the time but if I had any consistent ongoing issues, I would have left many years ago. I still keep my eyes open to what is new but after a quick evaluation, I know Zoho will long be my home.

The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.

Nimble customer service is enjoyable. With great patience, they work tirelessly to help their customers. It was highly beneficial to employees to have access to remote support sessions. We decided to get in touch with them to learn more about any previously mentioned features. Because of this, Nimble has a strong foundation. I think it's a fantastic option.

We did the training and that was a huge waste of money. The information provided was basic and the instructor was sloppy (he even forgot to turn off his mic when he used the restroom - no one should ever hear what we heard). I attended a Zoho-Holics event in Austin, TX, several years ago, and it blew my mind. So many industries were represented using Zoho in so many different ways. Alternatives Considered
If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the Apollo.io extension works a lot better than ZoomInfo because ZoomInfo always gives you a lot of errors, and sometimes it doesn't work or load. For the most part, Apollo.io does, and I never have an issue with the extension as well.

But on the other side, the email marketing feature of Nimble works excellently and Nimble is a complete package for CRM.

All things considered, Zoho CRM has upgraded our client intelligent and assisted our operations.

  • As the investment made with nimble is only 15 dollars per month, it is easy to return it and double profits in a short time, but this is totally relative to the number of people that are working on the platform account.
  • Based on the above, it is easy to deduce that nimble is a little better suited to small businesses that require a smaller number of sellers, since it does not ensure that all sellers can cover their quota.
