Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Our organization has multiple departments that work as a team. Having the CRM allows us to have a centralized location to input information regarding a case. By having the Zoho CRM, it cuts down on excessive emails and phone calls to get information. And it's great that it can be customized for our constant emerging needs. It's also good that it houses the information for future needs as well. We can always refer back to a customer for information needed for a new case.

- We have bi- weekly meetings based solely on a dashboard created with our highest profitable cases. This keeps those cases on everybody's radar so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Salespeople can easily see what customers can be contacted again for future business
- The Zoho CRM helps us keep track of funds spent in progress, so that we don't overspend.
A lot of information about the customer gets inputted into the CRM. We have multiple pages and multiple tabs within a page that get filled with information. This helps any member of the team to be able to glean insight about the customer and how to interact with the customer. As well as if we are able to do more business with the customer.
