Braze definitely requires some extra knowledge about automation and data. It is less intuitive and less user-friendly than Klaviyo, but it is potentially more versatile.

If you're looking for a reliable, automated system to run customer feedback programme like the NPS, Braze offers possibly the best platform to operate such kind of a campaign. In addition, if you are looking to build email campaigns for existing clients with the goal of retention or relationship-building, Braze offers much better email delivery and engagement rates.

Canvas feature has been really good for creating customer journey paths and long-term messaging campaigns.
They have been addressing feature requests to continue to improve the Canvas feature. One of the simplest but most-handy features is allowing Delay steps wait for a very specific date on a calendar -- so you can plan seasonal campaigns or when you have evergreen-style drip campaigns it allows for avoiding public holidays/etc.
The catalog feature provides a lot of use-cases and flexibility for personalizing comms or customizing comms for whitelabeled versions of our standard comms (for our B2B2C scenarios).
We use the catalog as a repository of our B2B2C brand info, messaging customization - it basically allows us to offer a whitelabeled configurable version of our optimized automated in-life comms in the branding of our b2b customers.

The ability to separate budgets by dept. currently, you have one pot of money but can set limits based on campaigns. This is fine for a single user but gets messy with multiple users.
Campaigns with multiple steps, I do hear this is in the works.

Klaviyo is simply a great solution for e-com email marketing & customer relationship management:
User journey visibility: We can see our clients' customers on their individual user journeys (open email, site visits) to better understand and accommodate your customers.
Flow automation: Creating automated emails that follow up with new leads, those who abandoned carts, purchased.
Email design: So easy to use, and more friendly than some other visual builders that we've used.
Metrics visibility: We can see our clients' metrics very easily and adjust efforts accordingly.

The Triblio platform makes it easy for non-technical users to get around and figure out what we need relatively quickly. Of course, a basic training or tutorial is needed initially for you to know where everything is. We paid for managed services which is great since we have an account director who can operate the platform better than any outsider can, and she can also give us recommendations on best practices.

The only reason why I did not give it a 10/10 is that it cannot distinguish purchases that came through subscription recharges instead of purchases that were driven directly by email sends. Other than that, the automation qualities, design features, and segmentation options make this an incredible email platform, and I am very happy with it

Triblio pages, campaign performances, and platforms have not slowed us down at all. If anything, Triblio has enhanced how we engage with our target accounts. There has been no speed performance issues, or lag due to system limitations. Triblio tracking on our site has not slowed our page performances significantly, so there has been on effect on speed

Very responsive and helpful on simple questions, but not great other than that. They do not have a way for the customer/user to escalate a ticket. You have to contact your rep and in some cases, they don't respond within 24 hours so you have no idea if they have escalated it. There is no phone number for an urgent issue - you have to rely on email
Triblio makes it possible for a small SaaS company without a lot of manpower to implement ABM strategies to help compete in a world where the sales motion is now very different - requiring more targeted messaging and education before prospects are willing to engage with a salesperson. We believe that as we continue to spin up our ABM strategies, Triblio is helping us be in the right place and at the right time for the right audience for a reasonable CPC.

We had our Account management team online to provide training to the marketing team, ADR team, and the AE team, which was helpful as each team had their own sets of questions and needs from the platform. Definitely have a dedicated technical team work on the implementation full time with the Triblio team. There are requirements on both ends of the pipe that needs to be done. It is much easier to have both teams work together full time as opposed to part time duty; it would take much longer than doing it all in one shot.

Terminus appears to be the cheapest on the surface but with the least amount of capabilities, clunky (lots of manual stuff they have to do on the back end to launch your campaign), very low CTR due to the DSP they use (TradeDesk) which also carries a media upcharge. Terminus also cannot figure out their analytics - they are out of whack across various screens in the tool. 6sense is expensive and very limiting (you get X of this, and Y of that - nothing is unlimited, feels like being nickeled and dimed). A very pushy sales team, you are under pressure to book the next meeting or to provide a date when you will sign. The tool appears to have nice capabilities but it is the people, at the end of the day, you will be working with - and I got concerns with that experience. Metadata - nice sales team, low/no pressure to buy. The demo of their platform also looks like it has interesting capabilities. The team appears to be very small, the communications from the salesperson were random and I had to take the lead asking for the next call to see more. This is concerning when it comes to supporting - will they have enough people to support their customer base if they drag their feet in the sales process? None of these tools had ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE to Triblio's orchestration capabilities, so none of them were strong competitors.

Klaviyo's ability to really tackle the entire marketing contact ecosystem on one platform is what really won us over. The price for everything was competitive, not necessarily the cheapest but competitive, and the ability to see that data flow from every interaction was what was crucial to us. Additionally, Klaviyo is the core of our B2C business. We were not focused on anything other than how we interact with customers directly, and Klaviyo was a direct win for us. The one negative is Klaviyo's ability to work with our B2B side of our business, because it doesn't integrate with platforms like HubSpot. That is a massive downside, but the upside justified the investment.

Triblio is extremely powerful in terms of increasing conversion rates and we've tripled conversion rates using their targeted modals versus less targeted approaches with less sophisticated products, such as HelloBar.
Though it is hard to quantify, Triblio has increased the speed to market with which we can introduce targeted promotions. Campaigns can be spun up with Triblio in less than one day.
There have been no negative impacts to ROI from Triblio.
