Likelihood to Recommend Eightfold [AI] is great to bolt onto an ATS that isn't meeting your needs to search for candidates, refresh candidate data, or use AI to match candidates to your requisitions. It capitalizes on the data that you pull into your existing system. It is not a sourcing tool in that it doesn't go out and web crawl for candidates to match your requirements. Your TA team will still need to pull candidates into the pipeline but Eightfold's AI does a great job matching candidates to your open requisitions.
Read full review Jobvite was very useful when used to onboard our new hires. Being a Human capital management company, we hire many individuals on a weekly basis so it helps us keep all of the paperwork organized and prevent any accidents when managing all of the data. Sometimes it does pose a problem for those who are not technologically savvy.

Dashboard- The customization and overall feel of the site. Feed- The fact that you can see the feed from the candidates other applications is a plus. Read full review Cons They could improve with integration across all features within ATS, CRMs, etc. Whenever you send out messages through Eightfold, it does not show that in other CRMs, ATS' - it pulls information from them but it does not export it back to those channels. Calibration on candidate skills, profiles, education, etc. need improvement. They still pull current employees at our company and others who are in process - thus creating a lot of confusion from a Talent Acquisition side. User Experience does need some additional help - but it's a work in progress. Read full review Custom fields--custom fields do not follow the candidate from hire to onboarding. This is problematic because we then have to recreate on the onboarding side to then import into our HRIS. Onboarding picklists are time-consuming to populate. We have to enter options one at a time, rather than being able to do an import. Also, field mapping on Hire is a lot easier than having to set up tags on option sets in onboarding. Read full review If I were to become an internal recruiter again, I would almost definitely use Jobvite. I liked the fact that we could set up any job application link on our company web site to connect directly to Jobvite. I also liked that Jobvite made employee referral easy to submit, as employee referrals tend to be the highest quality candidates. Jobvite really has all the tools a recruiter needs to get a candidate through a recruiting process quickly without anything slipping through the cracks. Even though there are a lot of features I feel can be greatly improved, I don't think there is anything on the market today that is better than Jobvite

Read full review Support Rating Support used to be better. In the last few years, though, I feel like there has been significantly less investment in customer service. We used to have account managers who were very visible and always checking in. Also, there used to be a phone number to get around-the-clock support. I am not sure that that exists at the quality it used to

Read full review Alternatives Considered Eightfold [AI] does a much better job at matching talent to new positions and provides a match score which the
Salesforce program I used at a staffing agency did not do. Eightfold AI doesn't have an applicant tracking system, which I would like to see in the future.

iCIMS and
Kronos Workforce Ready . Neither of these products got us where we wanted to be with metrics, candidate experience, or technology. I'm sure since we left them they have updated, but we are much happier with Jobvite than others. In the process of searching for a new ATS, we attended demonstrations of 9 other applicant tracking systems and were most impressed with Jobvite.
Read full review Return on Investment I believe there will be many positive impacts, but I have only used it for about a week so I don't have any real results to report yet. Read full review Reporting - we had none before other than manually tracking things in excel documents, now we have a full suite of reports and dashboards we can customize. Interview Scheduling - With the candidate self-scheduling feature, we can now schedule interviews in a matter of seconds while also automating the candidate confirmation email and the calendar invites. More detailed source tracking than I have seen in any other product allowing full visibility on who we hire, where they came from and we can now analyze our sources. Read full review ScreenShots
