Both have their own merits and demerits. GetAccept helps us securely sign documents which is very useful as compared to the others. It is suited for us as we work with a lot of proposals that are issued frequently. We selected GetAccept because of their humanized sales …
This is the first time I have used software like GetAccept after it was recommended to me by a colleague. Therefore I cannot compare with other similar software. Indeed, the shortcomings of GetAccept (such as the interface to be improved or the difficulty in using the same …
Ease of use is very user-friendly in order to work on any task. It has the maximum features as compared to its competitors which are a quite useful and enhanced program that enables in order to do the CRM easy. Also, it provides particular support to the problems which we faced …
As an alternative to PandaDoc, GetAccept is efficiently integrated into our CRM platform. It makes it simple to manage contracts and addendum for many customers. Automated emails and templates are the most timesaving features of the software. For sending cold emails, these …
GetAccepted is very similar to other softwares in some aspects but it has very remarkable differences, for example the other softwares not track each page that the customer reviwed the document sent. In addition the account in Get accepted is more complete, something that I …
HubSpot is an entire CRM platform that has the capability to send agreements with their quotes feature. GetAccept is online, a software for signing and sending contracts and a great one at that. I'd say there's no need to pick one or the other - pick both. They have an …
GetAccept is far easier to use than both of the options listed above. DocuSign does a lot of things that small and mid-market companies don't need, and is more expensive. PandaDoc was difficult to edit and the Salesforce integration was hard to use as a rep.
The decision to switch from Octiv to GetAccept happened when I was a newer rep at the company. I was not involved in the decision-making process. From what I know, individual sales reps were looking for an easier-to-use platform. I liked the real-time text notifications on both …
DocuSign provides the same level of functionality as GetAccept, but with a smaller, more attentive customer service team. Due to their size, I believe GetAccept can pivot quicker and configure themselves more easily to fit our organization's individual needs. DocuSign is …
PandaDoc is a more polished, professional, and 'legitimate' software site than other solutions, since PandaDoc really specializes in creating professional proposals, quotes and invoices. The eSignature capacity and pricing table capacity embedded in the documents as well as …
I think PandaDoc is more modern and has a more user-friendly nature than DocuSign. We preferred Pandadoc because it allowed multiple workspaces, enabling different teams to have varying levels of access. This was incredibly useful, as it meant HR and Legal could only view …
I find it easier to automate and create templates in PandaDoc. Specifically the templates. Also, connecting through API is easier (our IT team says so, I'm not qualified to evaluate that). Pricing is also something important, when we acquired PandaDoc it was cheaper so we were …
PandaDoc is equal to DocuSign in every significant way except for its level of adoption; however, the pricing of PandaDoc is so much better that it's clearly the best choice for our firm.
We used Dropbox back when it was still HelloSign. At the time, new templates were very hard to create. We had to upload a PDF and then add the fields from there. With PandaDoc, we are able to drag and drop the text, images, logos, and fields we need easily. This has saved our …
PandaDoc and DocuSign are very similar in functionality and design, but I prefer to use PandaDoc's interface. It is so easy to use and I prefer PandaDoc's interface and UI. It feels a little cleaner and a little more professional to me when compared with DocuSign's interface …
To be able to block certain fields within templates and contracts, so that the commercial team can negotiate the rest and adapt them but cannot change those purely legal clauses that should not be negotiated or changed without the approval of the legal department. I also find …
We briefly used Proposify, and it had some nice options for creating more ascetically pleasing proposals and contracts. However, it was far more time-consuming, and any gain in asceticism did not outweigh the significant loss in efficiency, simplicity, and reliability of using …
Conga was difficult to build template contracts and not as simple to set up templates, etc., for our sales contracts as Pandadoc has been (simple drag-and-drop in Pandadoc). The automation and integration between our Salesforce and Conga accounts were not working correctly, so …
We chose PandaDoc for its ease of use and tools that allow a professional feel. The convenience for our clients to review and sign agreements also helped us make the decision to go with PandaDoc.
Highspot was used at a different organization and seems to me to be superior in user interface, tracking metrics, and efficiency. Seismic was purchased for our current organization with no solution previously in place. In my experience, Seismic lacks features for guiding and …
Seismic is very similar to high spot but it a bit more user friendly and intuitive. Guru would be great for a small company who just needs to organize assets. But Seismic is the best option if you also utilize their ai capabilities which heavily impacts search in a positive way
Seismic is the go to platform for content creation, sharing, and collaboration between customers and colleagues. It's saves you time having to look for information when it's a tool with everything in one unified place. We don't have to ask anyone else for slides, brochures, …
Seismic is much more high level compared to the free tools as far as features. Competitors likely just house files whereas Seismic does this along with a lot more. In my opinion, also has a cleaner layout.
Both Highspot and Seismic are great tools. They each provide an extensive library that can be easily customized based on the rep/team/deal cycle stage etc. Seismic has a much cleaner look and feel. As a rep, I felt it was much easier to navigate the tool and organize my content …
The ease of use with Seismic versus Confluence is night and day! Confluence is not a very user-friendly program and what you can find is basically by luck. In Seismic it is accessible to everyone that has the permission to view whatever it is they are trying to view or follow …
Seismic is very similar to most content management systems and integrates less easily than the Salesforce CMS (not surprising), but it is more powerful than Salesforce CMS and Highspot. Highspot is less refined and less user-friendly than Seismic but I feel it also has more …
I honestly, personally, haven't looked into other options very much besides Google Drive. I think for this purpose, Seismic does a better job because it holds everything we need without having to share files or give people access. It is just a site where we all have a log-in …
Seismic is designed for salespeople - whereas Adobe Experience Manager (Assets and Sites) were both designed for Marketing teams to use. I think Seismic is more valuable for customer interactions than Adobe Experience Manager because it allows you to measure the amount of time …
We used to use Callidus Cloud, but honestly nobody was utilizing the platform, nor were we using it to the most potential. Seismic allowed for us to customize and have partner licenses.
Seismic and Hubspot were the top two finalists and ultimately we chose Seismic because its integration with Dynamics CRM was already ready to go. Hubspot was working on their integration but we knew from experience how difficult working with Microsoft could be, so we went with …
Prior to Seismic, we used SAVO. SAVO's user interface wasn't as visually pleasing as Seismic's, but we found it much easier to edit/update our master content within SAVO.

Seismic is very similar to Showpad and Highspot and I'm sure they are great products too. What we were really impressed by was their ability to speak to our requirements and helped us build a strong business case for implementing this platform. We felt confident moving forward …
Seismic is our first sales enablement tool and we didn't really research others. They hit the ball out of the park with their initial presentation and we didn't look back.
GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.
Best suited for after demonstrations when requested by the prospect when they are looking for pricing with T&C. The data room is also great that acts like a drop box for opportunities and their contacts. Helps share pertinent information with others in the organization.
It is excellent for a cloud-based workspace between you and your customers. I find the chat feature to be a cool and underutilized tool. I appreciate how you can consolidate all your information on one page, rather than having multiple attachments. Easy to clone DSRs (Digital Sales Rooms), which saves a significant amount of time. Especially when all you have to do is make minor changes between customers.
The ability to forward agreements along with a video of me describing the agreements. It makes it more personalized and it's always well received by the recipient.
You can track in real time when a document has been viewed and for how long.
You can always reference the history of each client agreement. Easy access.
Seismic allows for one location to store all relevant content so that associates are not having to spend as much time searching for what they need.
Seismic provides the ability to fully customize content such that one template can serve many needs with the simple ability to answer questions that drive the customization in the content. This customization can range from simple to quite complex depending on your level of expertise with the tool.
Seismic provides a lot of flexibility when it comes to organizing your content and how to make the experience of accessing that content unique to the needs of each user in the system.
In some cases could be angry that software ask you for feedback many times, for example, when you are filling out a contract
something that happen occasionally is a little bit complicate find some documents in my screen, I mean if you could improve the way how the recent files appear on the screen could be great. not always happen but it is not good.
I would love to have templates that allow me create files in a easy way.
There have been a few times where issues with a server leads to a slow user experience or users are unable to use the platform for a small period of time. Bringing these to a minimum would greatly enhance the user experience.
We have been using it for a few years now and find it vital to getting our bids out quickly and accurately to our customers. We can get a request for information from a customer and once we have their basic parameters create a professional bid in minutes. It's actually usually harder to find out what the customer wants than to use PandaDoc and create a document with it
Once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use. There can be a slightly steep learning curve to get fully in on the system. The new editor v2 has really improved usability and allows us to collaborate on documents simultaneously. Once the templates and library items are set up, a new document, whether it be a sales or HR document, takes very little time to complete.
Seismic is super easy to use and has so many different features and functionality to take advantage of. But being a company who utilizes Google platform a lot we have some issues with the api connections and integrations across the board. But all in all it is not a huge issue, I would just like to see them improve the integration more
As I mentioned earlier - performance is near perfect as I can create, send, adjust my documents. I love the tracking feature as well as I can tell when my documents have been seen and by whom. The only issue I have run into is with saving and formatting - occasionally the file document does not save with the newly assigned name or the content of the document does not stay formatted nicely.
The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.
Recently I could not upload a pdf to a contract - support was very responsive and easy to work with. They got back to me the next day with an apparent fix - however when I opened the document nothing had changed. I then could not respond to the rep who was helping me because it was a "no-reply address", the problem still has not been solved and we had to make alternate arrangements to get this to the client. Never had it happen before and was only with this one contract.
I have never tried chatting/calling with Support for Seismic. However, from others that I have talked to that use Seismic in more of an administrative role, they have been easy to work with and are of great assistance. I think it's a good thing I've never needed to talk to support, as it means I haven't had any issues to this point.
Ease of use is very user-friendly in order to work on any task. It has the maximum features as compared to its competitors which are a quite useful and enhanced program that enables in order to do the CRM easy. Also, it provides particular support to the problems which we faced and resolve them asap.
PandaDoc is a more polished, professional, and 'legitimate' software site than other solutions, since PandaDoc really specializes in creating professional proposals, quotes and invoices. The eSignature capacity and pricing table capacity embedded in the documents as well as fillable fields, pre-made, customizable and reusable templates also make PandaDoc stand out.
Both Highspot and Seismic are great tools. They each provide an extensive library that can be easily customized based on the rep/team/deal cycle stage etc. Seismic has a much cleaner look and feel. As a rep, I felt it was much easier to navigate the tool and organize my content the way I wanted to. Highspot tended to feel cluttered and even overwhelming at times. Along with that, the AI and saved search feature ran smoother in Seismic. I could easily find the document or sales deck I was looking for, whereas in Highspot I felt I had to look around longer than I would have liked.
It has incredibly increased the efficiency of students' work thanks to the possibility to work remotely with mobile devices.
GetAccepts has made it possible to create very realistic sales simulations, even if it is not educational software. It is therefore very flexible in its uses.
The possibility of tracking each page that is viewed helps evaluate what the Client is thinking.
The bespoke resources we have created and implemented in Seismic have increased our reps efficiency and effectiveness and ultimately increased their confidence with our prospects.
Better time management as connecting different lines of businesses and/or functions like Marketing with Compliance allows for a smoother workflow and less time consumption.
Improved workflows as Seismic allows the distribution of resources either internally or externally quickly with links & PDF files directly into email correspondence or Slack messages.
