I had almost the same pros and cons by using the two softwares, even though on one side Zoho Social gave me tips and hints about the scheduling process (something that hootsuite does not have as a feature). At the beginning I thought this was a valuable point, but then the …
Hootsuite's free account was sufficient for use on behalf of our client. When they restructured their pricing model and eliminated free and affordable subscriptions suitable for a small business, we found that Zoho Social was an excellent replacement. The interface was simpler …
The main reason we selected Hootsuite instead of Zoho Social was because Hootsuite offered a very generous charitable discount, making it much more affordable for our organization. We really appreciate that this discount was made available and will likely continue with Hootsuite.
Zoho Social can do nearly everything Hootsuite can for a fraction of the cost. For small businesses like ours, it is a no-brainer to go with Zoho Social which clearly understands the needs of mom and pop businesses like ours!
Kontentino is nothing compared to Zoho Social. It's good for their approval flow of your posts but that's like it. They only show the posts and analytics of the posts you published through their platform and not many to no competitors analytics. Hootsuite is good but …
Zoho Social's payment structure is much more affordable than Hootsuite. As a nonprofit, we were paying $37.50 a month, and then Hootsuite increased the monthly payment amount, doubling it to $75 a month. As a small, self-funded nonprofit, we could not continue using Hootsuite …

Zoho Social is cheaper and gives more flexibility than Hootsuite in my opinion. Hootsuite is bigger and sleeker in design, but I appreciate the functionality that Zoho Social offers.
Wix doesn't offer enough channels, not easy to use. No calendar. Really just promoting blogs or things you put on the Wix website, very limited. Hootsuite doesn't give enough value for what it costs. SocialPilot connections break between accounts too often, not user friendly.
Evaluated Hootsuite as the primary alternative. While Hootsuite offers more advanced AI features, its pricing is significantly higher. Zoho Social offers better value for small-to-medium teams, with a simpler interface, faster onboarding, and seamless integration with the Zoho …
Firstly being an Indian using an Indian tool is a proud feeling for me so Zoho stands out in that. Next it has clean UI Clean funtions simple use case multiple benefits no need to share the password with anyone. It has very simple-to-use functions for any non-tech person to …
Each tool had strengths, but Zoho Social stood out for its streamlined publishing workflow, cross-platform reliability, intuitive calendar, and overall stability. It’s the one I ultimately stuck with for daily multi-brand posting.

It gives more options to autopublish and schedule posts in several social media channels. It gives a free trial and you can extend it for more days and even months, that is something that I have not found in other free versions. Also the prices of the plans are cheaper than …
We chose Zoho Social because it hit the perfect middle ground for our agency. It had the essential features we needed—strong scheduling, good analytics, and an excellent and secure collaboration portal for our clients—at a price that was much more affordable. The ability to give …

Loomly is so far the best out of all the platform options. However, Zoho is a strong contender. Loomly has more features. Pricing also comes into play.
I have had to reconnect many of them or just have them bog down and freeze. The only one that doesn't give me problems in Meta, but it only posts to the two platforms. I love that Zoho Social lets me post to so many platforms at one time.
If you are doing anything with social media - planning, tracking, or have multiple channels, Hootsuite will be PERFECT! In our case with multiple channels, if we did not have this platform it would be really difficult to keep things organized and in one place. Hootsuite will help you and any social teams stay in the know with all of your content and will help ensure that you create an effective media plan.
Zoho Social excels at multi-channel social media management with intuitive scheduling and analytics. The platform integrates seamlessly with CRM, enabling personalized customer engagement. Best suited for small-to-medium businesses managing multiple social accounts. However, advanced AI-driven insights and competitor analysis features could be enhanced. The reporting dashboard is comprehensive but could use more customization options for enterprise teams.
Scheduling of content. The ease of use for Hootsuite's planner abilities is top of the industry. It is simple and effective in posting content to different channels and accounts.
Analytics are superior on Hootsuite. Their custom reports allow you to view very specific KPI's that you can adjust for each channel or account. The reports are also exportable to be used for others in the company.
Inbox management. The inbox manager is superior to any in the industry. Hootsuite allows you to tag certain phrases or keywords to better filter messages based on importance or topic.
Because of the way algorithms works, we would have loved to be able to automate making a post with no link and posting the first comment with a link (hello LinkedIn)
We would have loved an easy way to post from a main account and repost the post for other accounts we administrate, for instance a corporate post reposted by individuals for LinkedIn, or retweets from one main account by child accounts
I wanted to use the ability to have Zoho queue the posts, but I wanted to choose the start time of the first post for a few days in the future and I did not find an easy way to set that.
I wish there were a box with a cheat sheet of the sizes that each social media platform allows for it's video and pictures in the dialogue box for posting so I can be sure to choose appropriate content.
I do think it's a bit expensive, especially for my needs, but I like the ease of use. I will continue to do what I can to get this service discounted until I can no longer afford it.
At this time we are satisfied that Hootsuite offers the most of what we are looking for at the most reasonable price point. As the social media landscape and monitoring/scheduling software changes, so do our needs. We re-evaluate our tools semi-annually or as new tools emerge onto the market. If we find at any point that we aren't gaining an advantage, then we are open to switching products.
Zoho Social is the BEST! I have found the perfect solution to social media marketing! It is extremely affordable and I highly recommend it! Create a post once and post it to 5 or more social media platforms! LOVE IT!! :)
Hootsuite is straightforward and does a great job of onboarding new users directly within the platform. Connecting social media accounts, regardless of whether you are managing multiple profiles on one platform, is easy enough. You can also easily toggle between platforms to see interactive dashboards showing how people are engaging with your posts.
The reason behind assigning this rating stems from the software's remarkable ability to seamlessly integrate intricate functionalities with an incredibly user-friendly interface. It strikes an exceptional balance between sophisticated features and ease of use, making it a standout solution in its category. The software's attention to user experience, coupled with its comprehensive project tracking capabilities, has undoubtedly left a positive impression. This rating reflects my appreciation for how effortlessly it empowers teams to manage projects, collaborate effectively, and achieve their goals with utmost efficiency
Gliches have made it a bit of a bind, particularly when you just want to 'click and send' a web article after you have read it - and then you have to deal with support (a great team but not always able to solve the problems with the gliches). Gliches with it loading properly, gliches with 'double ups in FB on the posts (the personal page and the business page if both clicked will lead to 2 lots of postings to each page!)
HootSuite does everything it is designed to do very well: the product's performance is very reliable and efficient. Like other tools, there is always a room for new developments and updates, and the HootSuite team recognizes this and focuses on new development as well.
I can manage all of my accounts on one site! It's absolutely amazing! The dashboard is helpful to see how you are doing as well. Still getting to understand the analytics and may need to reach out for help on this
I have not needed support for Zoho Social. This comment requirement is confusing to me as I must find text to fill the requirement of a minimum of 50 words. There should be a non-applicable button that allows either user to skip a question or then require a shorter explanation like in my first sentence. Geez, now I have to give a rating while never using the feature.
The online training is decent; however, it takes a lot more time to search for answers to my questions. Having a training session with a live person was much more effective as they were able to quickly address the business needs I have.
Simple and easy to use, and have never had any issues. We like how it saves me time and allows me to plan in advance. I plan on using this for as long as I can and will encourage others to use it too. If you haven't tried it you should. I hope my review is helpful to everyone.
Metricool is free and we can shedule up to 50 posts per month, however Hootsuite allows us to do just a little bit more. For the price Agorapulse and Hootsuite are in tight competition but we prefer the Hootsuite format, although some chamber partners do find it a bit on the older school side we do not. We like the Hootsuite system
Zoho Social is a great social media management tool that allows businesses, and individuals, to manage multiple social media accounts, schedule posts, track analytics, and engage with followers. It competes well with other social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Agora Pulse, and Hubspot. Zoho Social stands out for its integration capabilities with other Zoho applications and affordability for small to medium-sized businesses. Each tool has its own strengths and weaknesses, and businesses should evaluate them based on their specific needs and goals. The biggest fallacy for Zoho is its restriction on scheduling tools on the free plan who have social and personal needs. I believe this can be circumvented by Zoho periodically making an advertisement to one's feed.
I have been able to evaluate which posts, in general, do well and figure out what types of posts to make (content)
It's been harder however to compare on social medial platform compared to another because it's hard to duplicate a post with a new owly (I think you used to be able to) but more so, you also can't assign it a custom owly link so I can see at a glance which owly link was associated with what platform.
