Lusha is a Business-to-Business (B2B) data and Sales Intelligence platform utilized by sales, marketing, recruitment, and Revenue Operations (RevOps) departments to identify professional contacts, enrich database records, and monitor buying signals. The solution integrates with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, automation tools, and existing Go-To-Market (GTM) stacks. According to Lusha, the system provides access to over 300 million business contacts and achieves over 90% direct…
ZoomInfo SalesOS is far superior in the accuracy of data than Cognism, SalesIntel, Seamless.ai, and UpLead. Based on PRO's needs, these competitors don't even come close to the level of quality provided by ZoomInfo SalesOS. Lusha, which has expanded its service past just "Lusha …
After testing several other software such as Seamless AI, Apollo and Lusha in a comparison test, ZoomInfo SalesOS won hands down! It provided the best data. It also allows for the export of records easily into our CRM. The interface is extremely easy and useful with all the …
ZoomInfo has more data than LinkedIn Learning and I find that truly awesome because it just shows the deep insights it has on prospects and businesses outside of this professional social platform. Against Lusha, ZoomInfo always reveals key contacts either not found quick enough …
In terms of data accuracy for emails, volume of data for US Market, no. of technology stack, accuracy of scoops data - ZoomInfo Sales ranks higher compared to Lusha and Apollo.io. In terms of data accuracy for persona mobile number, Cognism fares better compared to ZoomInfo …
When I talk about ZoomInfo stacking up against the software that I have selected above, I'll say that ZoomInfo lacks a lot of features when it comes to the comparison of price and features. So even the basic license of Apollo provides you with email automation, LinkedIn …
ZoomInfo has easier functionality, integration and far far more data available than the alternatives. It is more expensive by a decent margin but if that isn't an issue for a business then it is definitely the absolute best resource available for business data.
ZoomInfo Sales provided the best data fidelity and quality for our team and region. In terms of pricing, it was not the cheapest by far, however the value vs price of what we got from ZoomInfo Sales was by far the best given that the other providers were unable to actually …
In terms of depth, comprehensiveness, CRM integration, ease of use, and accuracy of data I'll say Zoominfo ranks above them. However, some may have a few advantages that may address more important business needs for some organizations. However, I still prefer Zoominfo due to …
ZoomInfo always offers a more comprehensive dataset, including contact info for individuals and detailed firmographic data about companies. ZI offers a broader set of features and is used for a wide range of use cases, and is more expensive than the rest.
The database is quite vast as compared to the above solutions. Also the quality of the data is better, though there are still outdated and missing contacts, but zoominfo works for me 80%+ time. Its just not about the contact information, insights about the accounts, the …
The data i get from them is on par with what Zoominfo provides. But i do like the way UI is and ease of downloading the data and exporting. Filters that zoominfo provides is good as well.
One of the major difference it offers is that the ZoomInfo got the contact number and the ability to download the data in excel. Also, in sales Nav you can not export a list in to Salesforce, it has to be done one by one. With Zoominfo you can export multiple list all together
Seamless.ai is a watered-down version of ZoomInfo that lacks the personal contact information for leads. If you are contemplating between the two, do yourself a favor and opt for the more expensive ZoomInfo.
Zoom is better at just about everything, the data is very clean and easy to import to our CRM. It allows us to spend time on the right prospects and making contact is way easier when you have cell numbers extensions and emails that are up to date. It's good clean data and tons …
ZoomInfo has the most comprehensive global database including mobile phone numbers for contacts and accounts. There was no other competitor who was close to the database size. The integration with Salesforce, Marketo and Salesloft was important for us. We used to have …
We use Lusha alongside Apollo. Lusha was chosen as our supplementary data source, as it is super intuitive to use, meaning there was no little to no onboarding time which meant no lost productivity to the business. Stacking up against RocketReach, Lusha has much more data …
Cost is one of the major factors along with similar functions is why we chose Lusha over the other. Despite being a similar tool, the price factor is what made us choose Lusha over all the other tools that we evaluated. Despite not having sales reps contact us, we were able to …
Lusha had the best data for international markets, which was a major challenge for us. The others were not able to provide us with data that was nearly as accurate overseas. Zoominfo performed the best domestically but also at a much higher price point, While Seamless and Rocket…
Lusha is leading in all avenues beside the data provided, in our experience, the data is not the most accurate. This needs to be corrected with being able to provide payment options to small and start up business operations.
Lusha was simply easier to use, with better contact data as per the anecdotal evidence from my sales reps. It also had a simple interface that did not require much implementation, and a pop-up on where we source our leads, which is linkedin. This led to hassle-free usage and …
ZoomInfo appears to have a slightly larger dataset, offering more contacts and deeper intel on companies. It's great for enterprise-level prospecting with complex needs. However, the price tag was significantly larger, and the interface felt clunky compared to Lusha. Lusha is …
I can always count on Lusha to provide the most up to date contact information. Other platforms will have more data at times but it will be data on folks that no longer work there. The contacts I add into my call cadences sourced from Lusha are more likely to be active …
Lusha is much more visually appealing and I love the pop up. Very good for finding "hidden gems" in the form of phone numbers of difficult to reach contacts
Zoominfo is better, we switched as it was told to us that we'd have more good numbers. Lusha does have a few more good numbers, I believe, but many, many more bad numbers for people in the U.S.
Using Lusha parallely with Apollo and Mr.E. All of them are good at different features and stand out for their uniqueness. Lusha stands as the best in data accuracy for work emails.
The ease of use is another plus point for Lusha over the other tools in my opinion.
These products are very similar. Zoominfo feels more premium as a service but the size of available contacts and the accuracy of the data doesn't appear to be different between the two platforms. We selected Lusha primarily because of price and because Lusha allowed for a …
We use ZoomInfo for NA contacts but we found they weren't great for EMEA. Cognism seemed like an OK solution but Lusha looked to provide higher quality contact info.
Transparent pricing, easy do adopt, same data quality. For phone numbers, Lusha has had much better accuracy, but a little less on volume of emails contacts.
Lusha is definitley a more cost effective platform than Zoominfo. If you are just looking for contact info relating to a lead, I would recommend Lusha over Zoominfo strictly due to cost. However, with the higher cost, Zoominfo does have great functionality and additional …
We selected Lusha over Zoominfo to save on costs - it came in significantly more affordable. It provides basically the same service (contact information) without increasing cost arbitrarily. I also enjoyed the simpler sales process from the team at Lusha. At certain levels, …
We chose Lusha due to the ease of implementing and where we were at on our journey was mainly having a quick way to add new contacts with reliable email and phone numbers. Lusha fit the bill and came in much more affordable than a few of the other vendors we looked at
A scenario wherein ZoomInfo Sales is well-suited, as I said, is good for giving you the details, the intent, and scope for a specific person working at a very specific company, and also the initiatives that are currently going on in the organization. When it comes to updating a contact's email and phone number, it does so very accurately. Apart from that, the call script feature generates a call script immediately after the call connects, in three to four seconds. Then there is a customer mapping filter where you can find similar customers to your existing ICPs. And then when it comes to maybe the things or scenarios that are less appropriate, it's again the Chrome extension part. Also, on the onboarding part, we have experienced that the onboarding did not go that smoothly. The email generation part that ZoomInfo claims is quite good. For us, the result that came out was all four to five of our emails, the email template that we had made in ZoomInfo. So all these four to five emails had the same body, the same subject line, just we can say 98% of the email were same, just 2% change in them. And there is no scope for automation. You have to process each and everything manually, even today in ZoomInfo.
It excels in contact information, but leaves wanting when it comes to company data and matching, allowing only for matches on either URL or Company Name. Our standard practice is URL, Name and Country which ensures better accuracy. We use it primarily for adding mobile and email details to existing contacts. 25 Intent topics that we can change monthly gives us flexibility to search for specific signals that some of our other tools do not have access to. However, the exports do not come with a number, instead a description.
Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.
For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.
It would be nice to have a general idea of how many contacts it has information for on a particular account at the very start before scrolling through the different pages.
It would be great to also have the titles of individuals on the list, so it's quicker to sift who to keep in or exclude prior to revealing details.
No product is perfect! Some of the information generated can be inaccurate or generic, e.g., a phone number for a persona may not be direct for that individual but could be a general customer service number for the company and could be the same number listed for multiple prospects.
I'm not the contact. But I see it is where things are moving and if you don't have the information ZoomInfo gathers and continues to be more honed in on our customer or prospective customers, we will lose any advantages we once had and will be left behind.
The sidebar is seamless, and it's easy to navigate, unlike other tools. I like that the advanced search isn't too complicated, either. Sometimes, I wonder if I'm not using the tool to its full capability, but it's great for a combination strategy of sales navigation and Zoom.
Simple, clean efficient. No lags and gets us the exact data that we need. No unnecessary terminologies, and it works like a charm every time. From prospecting to lead generation, and intent searching, Lusha is our go to tool and it has stayed ever since we started using it. i would highly recommend.
There would have nice while providing a great platform to use, to have an in person class to show how it would best serve us and to navigate. Nothing was provided to myself outside of having a sign on and the preloaded steps to get through basic processes
The platform is super easy to use. The UI is very intuitive and clean, and has a similar layout to other data tools meaning you can very quickly jump into it and understand how to source contacts or companies, create lists or run email sequences. At first I found the addition of the AI to be quite overwhelming as it is pushed quite heavily on a number of areas of the tool, but once you get used to that the tools are very helpful. I also found it much easier to setup intent signals than other tools which was a nice bonus. Marked down slightly as I find the CRM integration whilst easy to set up, can fail and disconnect often.
There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.
I used a lot of tools, but Lusha is the most accurate and precise data. Other may have a better user experience inside the platform, but it doesn't really matter if the data generated doesn't convert into sales. Lusha also provides phone numbers, which is fantastic, and most of the tools delivers only emails adresses.
More time Selling, Less Time Searching: B2B selling today is all about how fast you can reach your prospects. Searching for contact information was daunting and painful a few years back. With 1-click imports, integrations and hunts: tools like Lusha are a massive benefit in terms of saving time in the ever laborious task of List Building.
Better Phone Numbers: Especially in regions like EU and APAC, where mobile numbers are not available with tools like ZoomInfo and Apollo, Lusha comes as a saviour.
