Although Cloudpay does a relatively decent job at what they do, there are other options from the larger companies that have more resources to provide you with lower fees and more available tech support. Cloudpay is a relatively new company and there is always a sense of higher risk with that.

ADP is one of the largest payroll service providers in America. They offer similar services as cloudpay. Cloudpay stacks up very nicely to ADP and they seem to do better with quicker pay outs. However, ADP is larger and has more resources, so they can offer better rates and tech support. As Cloudpay grows it could potentially be one of ADP's biggest competitors.

I used CloudPay for Payroll processing. The problem that this product addressed was being able to update tax information in a timely matter. It is an all-around tool to make changes and reviews fairly quick. (Great software if you do not have a lot of time on your hands. or are short-staffed)
