We changed from a landline (horrible and expensive) to Verizon One Talk (WORLD'S WORST PRODUCT) to Vonage (GIANT DISASTER) to GoToConnect. GoToConnect not only met all of our needs but exceeded our expectations with the services we receive. We could not have had a better process for set up; it actually worked like it was supposed to and gave us more than what we needed!

What is GoToConnect (formerly Jive)?

GoToConnect (formerly Jive) provides cloud-based phone systems and Unified Communications services (voice, video, and contact center), allowing users to work wherever, whenever. As part of the GoTo product family, GoToConnect combines VoIP phone systems with GoToMeeting's web, audio and video capabilities into one platform. Users can collaborate via web browser, desk phone, desktop or mobile application. GoToConnect’s cloud delivery model enables organizations to have the latest technology, applications, and features from virtual voicemail, and call forwarding, to secure video conferencing and screen sharing— with the goal of making GoToConnect the last phone system the user will ever need.
